Not the best, but far from the worst
What do people expect for under £100? This is a reasonable robot vacuum cleaner which operates autonomously via an app. Operated manually as I prefer or can be set on a schedule. We have two of this type of item, a much more expensive one for downstairs, which has far superior mapping software; which comes at a price, or a real budget item such as this which often seems to repeatedly cover the same area, takes longer to cover the areas required BUT is very effective at providing a quick vacumm of the house. We still vacuum our house on a rgular basis using a traditional vacuum cleaner, but operated twice a week, these cleaners are very useful, particularly on hard surfaces and if you are a pet owner as they are particularly good at picking up hair. Returning home and empying the dirt container is a revelation in itself and whilst this is not the best I have comme across, for the price and the fact that it hasnt tumbled down the stairs, it represents extraordinary value for money to the budget conscious home owner, has sufficient power to vacuum a five bedroom, two bathroom and long landing floor and possesses a far superior app than our more expensive model which we operate downstairs. Good value, easy to operate and more importantly you can eave it to get on with cleaning whilst you are out.

Great.
Great. Easy to use and set up. Clear instructions given in the box. Hoovers well. It is quite. When emptying it's a bit more louder, but too bad. Works well in smaller room too. I personally like it. 😊

Good robot, let down by the app wifi connection instructions
Gives a decent clean when you don't have the time to do a proper vacuum clean. So far the robot often cannot find its way back home (to the charger) and will visit different rooms repeatedly in its search; the only time it made it home was when I closed the door to keep it in the room with the charger but it was several minutes roaming the room after announcing it was going home before it realised where home was. I may just resort to turning it off once it announces that it is going home as it is annoying hearing and seeing it search for home for so long. It's not particularly loud but I couldn't sleep through it vacuuming on the same floor, maybe if it was downstairs with doors closed. The app guidance is poor regarding connecting to wifi, and apparently has been this way for years. I finally got the advice I needed to help me connect wifi from you tube (Simple Shaun) which was over 5 years old - why can't the app information be improved? Nothing I did would result in the lights 'staying on' after pressing the power button for 3 seconds. The unit always turned itself off. Until Simple Shaun said to ignore this and just tick that it did what the app says it should do, so I could move onto the next step. Eufy should thank simple shaun as I was ready to send the thing back thinking it was faulty. I haven't tried to use the app for anything like scheduling or adjusting vacuum settings. I would recommend this robot vacuum with the caveat that the app wifi instructions are not to be relied upon - seek help from you tube.

Excellent robo vacuum
I already have some Eufy security cameras and the HomeBase, so buying their robot vacuum felt like an easy choice. So far, it has been great. I am genuinely surprised by how much it picks up from the floor, to the point where it once tried to eat a sock. The time savings are excellent. I have it set to clean downstairs every day. It is definitely more about maintenance than deep cleaning, but because of that I now only need to vacuum properly about once a month, if that. One area it could improve is dealing with hair wrapped around the roller brush. I check it manually each week and there is usually quite a bit of hair caught around it. That said, it is not a big issue because the brush is very easy to remove and clean, and it only takes a couple of minutes to sort out any long hairs. I have also found that I can take the unit upstairs without the self empty station and let it clean there as well. Just make sure you do not bring the self empty station upstairs when mapping, otherwise the vacuum will try to return to it and get stuck. The mapping is impressively fast. It took about five minutes to map the entire downstairs using its LiDAR. The dust capacity on the unit itself is also better than expected. You would not think it could hold as much debris as it does. By default, it returns to the base station to self empty every 15 minutes, which is probably more often than necessary. I know some robo vacuums on the market have double, triple or quadruple the suction power, but so far I haven't felt like this unit is underpowered in any way. It performs remarkably well.

Brilliant. Ingenious
Had this for nearly a month.. I'm 71 and despite being reasonably PC savvy, i have to say that I struggled a bit with the set up, however, I got there with no help. I had carried out a lot of research, thanks to youtube and chose the Eufy L6O. I chose to scan in the Barcode and print the instructions. 5 stars to this latest member of my family, 'Dusty Bin'. So he has this mapping functionality which appears on the app. The rooms are labelled Room 1, Room 2 etc. Its quite straight forward to edit the rooms as Kitchen, Lounge, Hall and so on. Then tell him to go clean specific rooms. I can also ask Alexa to instruct him although I haven't quite mastered that yet. Every time he goes back to his little home he disposes the dust into a paper bag. Then when goes off again it amazes me what a large area he covers with little use of his charge. Very efficiently and quietly too, although you'll still need to get your cordless Dyson out to do some of the corners and, of course, the stairs if you have one. Love Dusty.

My new best friend
I’d been thinking about getting a robot hoover for a while, but I was put off by the unknowns, things like changing parts and the large docking stations needed for mopping systems. In the end, I decided to start with a more basic model with no mop, just to see how I got on before considering an upgrade. I chose the C10 with the self-emptying station and I’m really glad I did. It’s simple to use and does the job brilliantly. You do need to be a bit more mindful about what’s left on the floor, a Nerf bullet once got stuck inside the hoover, and a piece of thick cardboard blocked the dirt compartment before it could empty. It took me a few days to realise why it wasn’t picking anything up, but these were just teething problems and were easy to fix once I knew what to look out for. It does take a while to cover the whole area (usually my downstairs), but that doesn’t bother me at all. You can set it to run while you’re asleep or out of the house, so it’s no inconvenience. Overall, it’s a great, no-nonsense robot hoover and a perfect starting point if you’re unsure about committing to a more advanced model.

Eufy L60 SES
At the time of this review you can buy this eufy L60 ses for around £270 My daughter has another eufy model which i bought her and she thinks its great but i wanted a more powerful one with a self emptying station. After a lot of searching around for reviews and videos i went with this model because of the increased suction power. I love that the radar scans and creates an image of the rooms on each floor. My downstairs is all hard floors . I didnt want a eufy to mop as its too big an area, i am really happy with the hard floor cleaning with the brush and suction, i can just mop around areas myself as needed and switch my cleaning products between hard wood and karndeen. upstairs is a different story My home is all carpet upstairs and this vacuum has never managed to clean it all without coming to a halt and saying the roller needs cleaning, the roller has never been clogged and today it stopped with just one hair around the brush and literally one short hair and a bit of fluff around one of the roller brush cogs. That in itself would be annoying enough but the L60 doesn't text/notify you to say it has stopped or got stuck, it just stops. There is an option to to get notifications of the app, i have it all switched on within my iphone but the pop up niotification only appears on the app not on my home screen so i only notice its stuck when i go upstairs to check.. I have been in touch with Eufy customers service and they have sent some useful machine cleaning videos If you are thinking about buying one would i recommend it ?... maybe my machine is just a bit dodgy , Eufy customer services have offerred to replace the machine or parts if it needs to be done, i have just emailed them again witgh a video of the problem, i am hpoing they continue to be helpful. If you are thinking of buying one i would recommend it, i hope you find the review helpful

Started out great, lost its "mind" a few weeks later
I was swayed by all the amazing reviews of this budget robot vacuum, wanting to have something to clean the downstairs rooms and without having the privacy concerns of the more expensive versions with cameras or lasers mapping out the layout of my home and storing that data who-knows-where. The first clean was amazing! It whizzed around my living room, bumping into furniture but figuring out ways around it, and the greatest was its performance on the kitchen/dining room hard floor - it sucked up every little crumb and pet hair and went back to it's base. I was in love. But after a few weeks, it started to not be able to find it's way around the (un-moved) furniture. It also started to not pick up as well as it had been, leaving crumbs in its wake. I cleaned out all the parts that needed cleaning, set it down and no matter the suction setting it's been passing over crumbs and cat litter without so much as moving it. It gets stuck going in circles and claims it's returning to base but goes in the complete opposite direction, into a far corner where it rams into the corner, does a 360, then does it again infinitely until I pick it up and put it back. It never had this problem before, it was able to navigate home (albeit with many bumps along the way) just fine. Firmware and app has been updated with no improvement in its behaviour. It's now been confined to only the kitchen/dining room, where it does a passable job but in triple the time it would take for me to just vacuum it myself. What seemed like a budget friendly purchase has turned into what is mostly an overpriced ornament that gets turned on twice a week to spot clean until I whip the heavy vacuum out; the thing I was trying to cut down on!
