Great product! The only problem is they need to update their installation manual. The included manual is a general one and not vehicle specific. I also visited their website and downloaded the manual based off my vehicle year, model and product model and it was the same general installation manual. I looked it up on you tube and found a great installation video by a car shop. Otherwise a great product.

The product didn't come with the rails or hardware to install waiting on parts

The BAKFlip looks good and was relatively easy to install for an octogenarian. After washing the truck I saw no water in the bed. I did not spray directly on the BAKFlip but a lot of water splashed on it and the bed remained dry. I will see what happens in the rain.

I can't really say anything about the product but be aware that this cover does not work with black cargo rails, only the silver ones. I was so excited to receive this cover only to be disappointed that it will not work with the existing rails. I wish is was stated in the description. Now I have to pay more than the $1300 to find new rails or go through the hassle of packing it all back up and sending it back.

Very nice appearance once installed, decent installation instructions but could be a little more detailed in certain areas. The only complaint that I have is that it doesn't have a good seal at the front corners because it partially rests on the Ram Box trim (it overlaps by about a 1/4"). This creates a vertical gap (1/8") at the front between the weather seal and the top of the front part of the bed (under the cab window). I plan to buy additional weather stripping to try to create a better seal.

For the money, a little disappointed that the latches are plastic. For my Rambox installation, it could be much more secure if it were 1/4" (maybe even 1/2") wider and the latches were metal. As it is, there is enough side to side play, you can get the latches beyond the catch plates manipulating the closed cover by hand. Will improve my setup by adding additional washers behind the catch plates. Other than that, had to modify the rear drip cups to fit, and the front ones were a no go, so will just have to keep that in mind for anything I store inside.
