I have been using these flamers for a couple of years now . Easy to use and you don’t need many to start your fire . I use mine for my wood burning stoves . I think they are very good product.

I do like these, quite a lot actually. They light every time, they're easy to use, don't make the room smell of lighting fuel - but they are expensive. If they were cheaper, I'd have given 5 stars. Every time I make a fire using three 'twirls" (that's the product, not what I do), I get a vision of my, long-gone, grandfather looking stern, before he lights a perfect fire with just artfully arranged newspaper, twigs, slightly bigger twigs and a log tucked in there somewhere, with a taper, from his pipe (well you don't want to waste a match). So I feel deep shame every time, but so far I'm living with it.

Does what it says on the box. Always lights my log burner first time!

Tried once - these were very small and loose so as a consequence regularly had bits of shavings falling onto the floor and I also had to use multiple lighters to get similar wood fires started than I have had to use with other brands (also which are also non-chemical, wood shaving lighters).
