I ordered this tool set for my 4-year-old nephew, who absolutely loves it! My brother is very handy and my nephew is always trying to copy/help so I knew he would appreciate this as a gift. The electric drill is a massive hit, and the variety of tools have kept him engaged for hours.The 'tools' seem decent quality and come in a little box, which is handy for storage. All in all, I'm impressed and my nephew is over the moon which is the main thing.

Got this 42 Pcs Kids Tool Set for my grandson, and it's a hit! The electric drill is a game-changer, making him feel like a mini builder (you need to buy two AA batteries as they are not supplied). Love the tooled clothing and sturdy construction of the tool box. Had to stash away the smaller parts until he's a bit older, but overall, super pleased with the purchase. My little one always wants the tools when we have our toolbox out so now they have their own so this is perfect.I have removed some of the smaller components until they're a little older. Comes with a really cute safety jacket and I did not realise the drill works which is a bonus. You have to buy batteries for it.Great role play toy with lots of play tools. My little one plays with it daily and loves to assist their grandad with DIY.Overall it is a great product, I would have liked the product to include batteries though.

My 3 year old grandson has fixed my car. (Even though there was nothing wrong with it). Tightened my foot. (Which is lucky because I didn't know it was falling off). Repaired the flowers in the garden by drilling the soil. (The flowers breathed a sigh of relief when he went away). Good toybox for toddlers, the drill actually spins and has interchangeable plastic head with the screwdriver, so good fun. The grandson loves his hi-viz vest that comes with this.Get your grandchild a tool kit, They can repair ANYTHING!

. . . for a 3rd birthday.This is an ideal set for would be constructors, but as it has age related choke hazard pieces, we'll hold it back until they turn 3. Even then, we'll wait to see how likely small parts are to end up being treated like 'food' before deciding if a further delay may be advisable.In order to review this, we opened it to check the parts and they do seem to be well made, with no obvious sharp sides etc. but I can't stress enough that at this age range, waiting beyond the advised 36 months/3 years it's worth the additional caution.I have to say that we didn't pay for this product, but if we had I would say that it seems well made, meets the relevant CE legislation requirements and will be well played with, so it's certainly worth considering against similar products.

This is really a great set. It comes in a plastic toolbox that holds all the tools. Play cannot begin immediately as you need to attach the heads of the tools to handles and fix some decorative stickers onto the drill and tools. The electric drill is cool but needs batteries which are not included so make sure you have some. There are many, many tools within this set and it is great value for money. As the set is completely made of plastic it should be sturdy and durable.
