BLACK STICKY BACK VINYL - SUPERB
Rather than replace cupboard doors in hallway as wood was sound, I decided to replace hinges, old spring catches for magnetic ones and a vinyl door covering.I was sceptical at first, but surprised how easy vinyl was to apply. It smoothed on easily with rubber wallpaper comb. There were hardly any air bubbles, ame any spotted were pricked out with a needle.Looks fabulous, cleans easily and so far appears hard wearing. I applied wood glue to corners for longevity, but was probably not necessary. The backing adhesive appears nice and strong. What an ingenious and extremely cheap method of revamping old doors. Highly recommend!

Good quality
The media could not be loaded. Great quality and make things look like new, you wouldn’t say it’s not wood. Worth the money.

Bargain and looks great
Use this to wrap my kitchen worktops it’s given my whole kitchen, a new lease of life and was easy to apply. Not normally very good at DIY, but this is great for beginners!

The largest sizes is wrong. But product is good.
The 191W x 198L cm is NOT what is advertised. It is actually 45W x 200L cm.Aside from that, the actual product is good. I saw a video on here talking about it peeling back even though they had washed surfaces etc., the person was NOT doing the task properly. The key tool is a good hairdryer as heat source. As any good vinyl wrapping video will show on youtube, the material needs to be heating while you are applying it to get the glue nice and sticky, also, get the squidgy tool thing and the blade, the tool really helps to iron out while the heating up the vinyl and the blade new and sharp. So i give the product a 5 stars, but -1 due to the misinformation in the size (weeks after reporting still not fixed)

Good stuff used it a lot.
Great. Wrapped a whole table. Don't be afraid to use slightly soapy water in a spray bottle it makes fitting it much easier and you won't mess the glue up. Use a squeege felt thing and a hair dryer. You can make a mistake with this stuff and still rectify it easily. I've wrapped kitchen worktops with other colours of this stuff and people didn't realise it wasn't marble or wood

Very easy to use, and fab results
As long as surfaces are clean and dry, I loved how easy this was to apply. Used it to cover a bath panel, and the effect is just like painted wood, very impressed!

Does not stick properly
I ordered the black wood effect wrap for my wardrobe doors. I frequently have used this method to upcycle items, so have worked with this stuff a lot. This by far was the worst I’ve ever encountered. It wasn’t very sticky, would not stick even with the use of a heat gun and not at all flexible plus tough to stretch and bubbles that I just could not get rid of.It’s awful, but maybe that’s because of the wood effect as usually I use plain untextured vinyl.
