This rangefinder does everything the most expensive rangefinders do only for more than half the price. Easy to use and my favorite part is that it fits in my pocket comfortably and doesn’t affect my ability to swing a golf club. I don’t have to worry about putting it on the ground and losing it.

This range finder dispenses with some of the more exotic features of other finders and just gives you distance to the pin and equivalent distance to the pin for slopes. It gives the distance in yards, meters, and feet. That's it. It has the standard power and mode buttons. The mode switches between distance and equivalent distance. The power switch turns it on and gets a reading-there is no off as you just wait for it to time out. Pressing both buttons at once changes from yards, to meters, to feet. I stated all this because this unit does not come with directions! How difficult and expensive could it be? The 6X magnification is standard and good for golf. The unit has a magnet on one side to attach to the golf cart, but as other reviewers have noted that golf cart should not be moving. A stronger magnet might have been nice but I think eventually any magnet would not hold where I have to drive my cart so the weaker magnet won't tempt me. This device is very small compared to others so you can put it in a pocket or use the included hard case which has a zipper for permanent storage and an elastic band and post for use on the course if you don't use your pocket. There is actually room in the case for the included USB C to USB A charging cord. At this point in time I think a C to C would have been better. With the auto off feature I think this will easily last one of my lengthy (I get in a lot of strokes in a round) rounds. The only suggestion I would make would be to add a hand strap to prevent dropping. Unfortunately there is no way to use one from another finder if you have one. Lastly, the eyepiece adjusts focus rather than the more common lens. It's a minor point but I find it easier to adjust the lens. Changing the eyepiece puts your hand in your eye while adjusting the lens is farther away from your eye. All in all a very compact, accurate, simple, and inexpensive range finder. Even if you have one you might want to get one of these as a spare or for more rugged use.

I'm not a golfer; I ordered this more for hiking and some basic ecological research (recording site measurements - that sort of thing). There are a lot of rangefinders with fancier features, but pretty much they all boil down to finding distance and slope; once you have that, you can do most of the rest with math.This rangefinder came with no instructions, but there's not too much to it; you press the power button to turn it on or to make a sighting. There are two modes - just distance, or distance, slope, and horizontal distance. I had to refer back to the product page to figure out how to switch between meters/yards and feet (press M then power, and hold both for a few seconds).It's really easy to make a sighting; it seems to do a good job distinguishing what you're sighting on; for instance, if there's a signpost against a distant background, I found I could easily get both the distance to the sign, and the distance to the background depending on which was in the reticle (the little target box).It's hard to tell from the picture, but the display is quite clear and easy to read. Taking a reading is quite fast usually, and you get a little vibration if it was able to lock on. I found that it rarely couldn't get a reading; only if the object was too close (<4yds), too far, or not very well defined (branches of a distant tree, for instance). As far as accuracy - I haven't been able to check it against known distances yet, but I've paced out some distances (I have a pretty reliable 6ft pace) and the rangefinder measurements agree. So It seems at least reasonably accurate.The carrying case is surprisingly nice. I do think its a bit overlarge, but it's well thought out. It doesn't just flop open when you unzip it; it has some straps that keep the rangefinder from falling out. It also has a nifty quick-release closure you can use when it's unzipped that's a lot more convenient. Having a decent case is actually a very nice touch.The optics on the scope are reasonably good; definitely sufficient for the job of ranging, and you can use it as a monocular in a pinch, but it's not really designed for that. I found I couldn't really hold it up right next to my eye; it's better about 1/2" away. The focus ring is right on the eyepiece, but given that it's only 5x and as a very wide depth of field, you don't need to adjust the focus that much.If there were two features I wish it had, it would be an illuminated display for low light, and a compass. However, this is kind of a budget rangefinder, and also geared towards golf, so I understand not having all the bells and whistles. Overall, I'm really happy with this; it's a nice addition to my hiking kit.

What is it?The Revasri Laser Rangefinder is a compact handheld rangefinder. It is water resistant, has an onboard lithium ion 750mAh battery charged with USB-C connector and weighs in under a pound.Apart from range finding, it has flagpole lock, slope indication (can be switched off to comply with USPGA and R&A rules on outside assistance) and has a handy function to switch between metres, yards and feet (by holding down both buttons).What's in the box?Rangefinder, USB C charging cable, a handy carry case, lens cleaning cloth, a carabiner mount and the ability to belt mount but no operating manual. The carry case is labelled 'Professional Level' which is usually an indicator it isn't - a simple piece of branding would be better and the case is pretty good quality despite the label.Is it easy to use?Yes - the power/measure button is easily accessed and the display is simple to read out in yards, feet and metres. Slope correction is also shown if activated and flagpole lock is handy. Mode 2 when slope correction is shown also adjusts for trajectory but I'm still a bit skeptical about this function as I tend to have a flatter launch angle than most golfers down to about an 8 iron and tend to loft the ball more with the 9 and the wedges. It's also a mode that infringes on the rules of golf.Is it accurate?The lens is 6x magnification so it makes it easier to line up the flag. The testing I did suggest that it was consistent with distance range finding and the flagpole lock was handy. It is apparently accurate out to 700 yards which is all good for golf as almost par 5s would be well inside that distance.

Der erste Eindruck ist sehr positiv, für ein gerät am absolut unteren grenze der Preispanne für ähnliche Produkte bekommt man eine durchweg gute und solide Qualität. Die Haptik der verwendeten Materialien ist gut, aber nicht Premium (daher der einzige Minuspunkt in der Wertung). Die Abmessungen sind wie bei ähnlichen Geräten kompakt, und das Gerät passt in quasi jede Hosentasche oder jedes Golfbag. Die Funktion ist mehr oder weniger intuitiv, mit einem Tastendruck wird das Gerät angeschaltet, mit einem weiteren wird die Messung gestartet. Achtung, die Messung wird nicht laufend aktualisiert, man muss eine neue Messung durchführen. Das ist auf der einen Seite praktisch wenn man sich die Werte in Ruhe anschauen will ohne auf die Position des Gerätes achten zu müssen, andererseits muss man daran denken das ein Blickrichtungswechsel auch neue Werte braucht. Die gemessenen Werte deckten sich sehr genau mit denen von Geräten anderer Mitspieler, entsprechend gehe ich davon aus das diese auch stimmen (zumindest gäbe es keinen Nachteil gegenüber der Konkurrenz). Das Objektiv hat eine Verstellung für die Dioptrienzahl, einmal eingestellt verstellt sie sich nicht mehr ständig von alleine, das Gewinde ist dafür eng genug.Alles in allem eine klare Kaufempfehlung wenn man ein paar Euro sparen will. Premiumhaptik/Materialien oder Funktionen/Ausstattung wie Metallteile oder Farbdisplays sucht man zwar vergeblich, rein funktionell hat man aber keinerlei Nachteile mit dem Griff zu diesem Gerät!

Der Entfernungsmesser kommt schnell und gut verpackt zu Hause an. Neben dem Entfernungsmesser sind im Lieferumfang eine Tasche, ein Ladekabel sowie ein Reinigungstuch und die Bedienungsanleitung enthalten.Ich habe nun schon einige Entfernungsmesser getestet. Dieser hier von REVASRI ist was Optik und Haptik betrifft in meinen Augen gut. Es gibt edlere Modelle, dafür ist dieses hier besonders klein. Lässt sich also nochmal besser verstauen als andere Geräte. Vor allem im Outdoorbereich, wenn es auf das Packmaß ankommen.Der Laser Entfernungsmesser an sich ist ziemlich leicht, aber dennoch sehr wiederstandfähig und robust.Das Einsatzgebiet ist breit gefächert, neben dem Golfsport (Dafür ist er natürlich konzipiert worden.) gibt es ein breites Betätigungsfeld im Outdoorbereich. Wie zum Beispiel beim Survival, beim Geocoaching oder einfach beim Wandern und Bergsteigen, auch beim Bogenschießen. Wenn wir Unterwegs sind, schätzen wir auch einfach mit den Kids die Entfernung verschiedener Dinge und wer dann am besten geschätzt hat, bekommt Punkte. So sind die Kids beim Wandern beschäftigt und merken die Entfernungen nicht so sehr. Außerdem macht es Spaß.Die Bedienung ist recht einfach. Man zielt einfach auf das gewünschte Objekt und wählt den gewünschten Modus aus. Schön und sehr bequem ist, dass man die Sehschärfe einstellen kann.Soweit ich das beurteilen kann, ist es auch sehr genau.Insgesamt ein tolles Gerät mit zuverlässiger Funktionalität. Ich vergebe gerne 5 Sterne.

Zunächst einmal ist das Gerät sehr kompakt und mit reichlich rutschfestem Gummi ummantelt, sodass man es stets sicher in der Hand hält. Dank Akku und USB-C Ladebuchse muss man sich auch keine Gedanken über Batterien oder zusätzliche Netzteile machen. Ein Magnet ist zur Befestigung ist auch integriert, aber der ist dank der praktischen Gürteltasche eher Schmuck am Nachthemd.Ansonsten funktioniert er wie ein klassischer Entfernungsmesser mit ein paar Extras für den Golfplatz. Zielpunkt anvisieren und Okular scharf stellen. Anschließend die Messung mit der Power-Taste auslösen. Bei Bedarf kann der Neigungsmodus aktiviert werden, ebenso wie die wichtige Flaglock Funktion. Bei Bedarf lässt sich die Einheit vom Meter auf Yards oder Fuß umstellen. Die deutsche Anleitung ist hingegen eine gruselige Maschinenübersetzung, weshalb ich die englische Version genutzt habe.

Ich habe das Produkt für das Bogenschießen zugelegt.Hier kann man auf einem Parkour die Entfernung der Ziele messen um zu wissen wie man Zielen muss um noch zu treffen.Die Bedienung brauch ein wenig Eingewöhnung da es hier verschiedene Funktionen gibt. Z.B. Kann man auch auf eine Fahne beim Golfen aufschalten. Dies habe ich nicht benötigt sondern die Reine Entfernungsmessung genutzt.Die Darstellung ist bei dem durchschauen gut zu erkennen. Man muss aber gut durch die Mitte schauen sonst hat man dinge in der Linse die alles verdecken.Ich finde er sehr praktisch und für den Preis und dadurch das es sehr klein und handlich ist absolut zu Empfehlen.
