Sweatshirt is comfy and warm. Seems well made. Embroidery looks good, thankfully. I wish there were some way to confirm whether lettering would be too small or whatever (especially since custom jobs are expensive and cannot be returned), but luckily for me, mine turned out nice.

The beige color is absolutely perfect—totally matches my neutral aesthetic and fits right into my beige girl era ✨ I had my business name custom embroidered on the front and added a little extra lettering on the wrist, and it came out even better than I imagined. The stitching is clean and looks so professional. The hoodie itself is thick, super soft, and insanely cozy—definitely my new go-to. I’m already tempted to order more. Highly recommend if you love quality, comfort, and a bit of personal flair!

DONT DO IT!! Inconveniences in the quality. I ordered one, and LOVED it! 🙌 so then I ordered THREE more. And they sent me a totally different version of the original that I ordered previously. Not even the make of the hoodie material was the same. They sent cheap, thin, and completely not worth the money products. I can’t even believe the difference in fit, and quality!! I reached out for a refund, or even to see if they could possibly fix the problem by sending the same quality product as the very first time i placed an order with them. NO RESPONSE AT ALL!!! Completely ignored, and undervalued as a customer. Mind you these were memorial sets for my recently past family member. So in the midst of grieving, I now have to be upset over something I invested SOO much of my money, time, and love into. I came back because I wanted to support this company because I thought they did phenomenal on the first one I ordered. I still want a refund, and new hoodies of the same quality sent. Or I will move to contact Amazon and have this company removed from being able to sell their products on Amazon. Once said and done, each hoodie costed me OVER $59 bucks a piece. As i sent them a tip on each of the items. Ridiculous!

I received it and I love it

Had this item over a year, it’s warm, thick and good quality. The embroidery has lasted a long time, looks new still- It is true to size when you buy it… however it’s shrunk significantly like a quarter size every wash following care instructions.. It was originally a gift for my boyfriend, but has slowly become mine over time lol. I bought it as a Medium and it’s starting to be a tight extra small lol
