Came on time. Helps side sleeper with neck problems.
This pillow is wonderful if you have neck issues which have plagued me all my life. I'm a side sleeper and the support and comfort it provides are second to none. The memory foam works really well but do not think this pillow will last for years as it doesn't and I replace mine every year to eighteen months max as it does loose its firmness and becomes soft and therefore less effective. It is rather pricey but because I've found nothing cheaper to beat it I suck it up and work on the principle it only has to save me one trip to my chiropractor to pay for its self. I've only taken one star off because of the price/ wear issues. If you have neck pain and sleep on your side give it a try. Harley do make different sizes and types of pillow so be careful and make sure you order the right one for you. I buy the Harley Designer standard, (the Designer is the memory foam), and I'm a small lady so if you're a big guy buy the plus as its larger.

Son says best present!
I have had one of these pillows for a few years and it's precursor for many years. I bought this one as a birthday present for my 45 year old son who now loves it. It has stopped his neck pain and is helping his back pain as well. For myself I've tried many others even in recent times but this is the only one that helps me, I'm 68 with a long history of cervical spondylosis and migraine.

Good for neck problems
Bought to replace an old memory foam pillow of the same design. So far am happy with it although it's a little harder than my old one and the back half of the pillow seems a little bit too high. It's early days, however, so may well get used to the slight differences to my old one!

Best neck pillow out there.
I had one of these in the past and it got flat, but it lasted 7 yrs, so cant complain. Recommended to those with neck and back pain. Certainly is way better than the non memory foam types. Price is VERY competitive on Amazon, although some of the Physiotherapy sites are also good prices too. It is a considered purchase, but its a company you can trust and the delivery was super fast plus free p&p. Highly recommended.
