Brilliant!I am so surprised and impressed with how this Vauna root powder has helped my bladder issues.First to explain and some advice too.I have had problems with leakage and bladder spasms and urgency, over active bladder for a few years now. And it has only gotten worse.I do Kegel exercises, but not enough or consistently. And I knew I needed extra help.***It is important to strengthen the pelvic floor and doing kegel exercises can be beneficial. If you aren't sure on how to perform Kegel exercises or know where that muscle is. There is a great video on YT that explains it.For the record It isn't squeezing the buttocks.***Also bladder training. There is info online about bladder training.I did see a urologist a couple of years back and he suggested a medication which I wasn't willing to try and I have been looking into more natural ways to address the problem.I also notice that drinking a cup of coffee and certain teas will highly aggravate the problem.***So I do advise cutting back on the tea and coffee. Pay attention to what you eat and drink and take note if your symptoms increase at certain times. There can be a link between the two.The physician did mention that certain beverages like tea and coffee can irritate the bladder wall lining as we get older. As the membranes and muscle wall become thinner, weaker as we age. I am in my 50's.*******SO Since taking this varuna powder I have noticed the bladder spasms and urgency has decreased significantly! It has calmed way down! Amazing!I am not having accidents like I was which quite frankly is very upsetting and a little scary. I am not going to the bathroom as much though my Fluid intake hasn't changed.I can actually go out shopping for an hour or two and wait to go to the bathroom until I get home. That is awesome!I also notice that I void more urine all in one go. Like I'm emptying my bladder more efficiently if that makes sense. And so I'm not urinating then going again half an hour later.I have only been taking it for a few weeks and I've missed a day here and there and I do notice a difference when I have skipped a dose. I think it is something I will need to take daily for some time.I bought empty gel caps and I fill the gel caps and I take two or three capsules a day.I do not have any negative side effects at all from taking this Varuna powder. I am very happy about that as this really works and I was concerned that there maybe negative side effects to prevent me from continuing but luckily there's no problem for me.***Take note Just because something is natural, herbal etc. It doesn't mean it won't have side effects. But luckily with this powder I personally have not noticed any negative side effects which is really good. Everyone is different though and respond differently so please be aware of that.***I would do your research and weigh up the pros and cons of trying something different and new. It's just like taking a prescribed drug, it is important to be educated about what you are ingesting.I made the decision to try this powder rather than a prescribed medicine and I personally am very glad that I did.****I would highly recommend trying this product and you may well be on your way to freedom from the bathroom.If you take it in conjunction with doing some bladder training techniques and Kegel exercises I am sure it will be even more beneficial for you and your bladder and pelvic floor muscles will become stronger.Good luck to you with everything.

After watching a few videos about this herb, I decided to try it. I’m glad I did. I have enjoyed sleeping through the night more often and I don’t have this extreme urge to urinate throughout the day, and that is only taking it for three days. I have noticed in a couple of reviews that mentioned they don’t like the taste. I get that comment. The taste is not wonderful. I think people should understand is that it’s an herb and it has been dried. Most herbs taste awful. Herbs are meant to heal not eat on a regular basis, so they are not going to taste delicious. What someone could do is buy empty capsules and put the powdered herb in the capsules and consume the capsules that way. Maybe blending it in a smoothie is another way to consume it.Overall, I like the herb because it is healing me. The herb works as it’s supposed to.

I will give this product 4 stars for now because as I write this I just consumed it for the first time. The taste was fine for me no problems at all. I followed the instructions on how must to use and boiled it in water by instructions. Then to help the taste I added a pinch of 100 percent organic stevia and it basically tasted like a herbal tea it was good. The packaging seal is very tight which is great so be careful when opening. Only 4 stars for now because I will have to see if it provides the health improvements I purchase it for.

I e been taking this for a month and I don’t need to use the restroom as much ,I can hold it longer, and I only go at night a couple of times compared to 5 or more times

I’m starting to feel better!

This product kept me alive for over a year. I have had ITIs and kidney stones that went in o sepsis twice. Then I found Varuna and it stopped. The order I receive in January 2023 cam in a pales had of brown. But the former orders were much darker. I questioned it in my mind but gave it a try. For two months I slowly went downhill. Then April 2023 I was so close to semis again that I immediately went on antibiotics. fortunately I caught it in time so that I didn't have to spend time in the hospital. I'm still in recover in June but very fatigued and sluggish. What ever they did to this product --- It doesn't work.

Due to an enlarged prostate for over a year, my 90 year old father has suffered relentlessly from wearing diapers, restless nights of leaking, surrounded by an arsenal of plastic urinals throughout the house and excessive flatulence. Today for the first time in who knows how long... only after three (3) half teaspoon doses beginning only one day ago. He reported a miracle today in that he's absolutely dry and fully emptied his bladder just twice today instead of over a dozen small intervals all day long. This being said, my father is completely pharmaceutical free, eats only a non-toxic pesticide free diet, green smoothies, no alcohol and minimal to no sugar. However, no matter how hard I tried to correct his disability holistically via diet. I still couldn't correct this problem until now. In fact, he feels so good that he asked me to take him walking outside tomorrow. I liked that the herb is really good and workingbut it has some plastic threads in it too. I am still happy coz you guys made it for us it is amazing . Please be extra cautious when grinding and packing since i got some plastic thread in my powder.
