Fly time only 2-3min very bad 😞 and not Endicet battery 🔋 low so drone is fly and battery low full chances crash drone

Received defective pdrone on Oct 13 and on same day requested for return and refund. However till date nobody come to pick this drone from Amazon. Plz help to get my money back
