I have had these chocolate suckers before. I love them. They were also my father’s favorite. I am so glad they did not change their recipe or processing. A good example for an old adage - - “If it’s not broken, don’t fix it.”

I remember growing up in Florida and my aunt in California during Christmas would send me these lollipops and this was one thing I always looked towards every year. When she passed, I was not able to get anymore. During Christmas I was i the mall, I see a Sees Candy in the mall. I felt like a kid again when my wife saw my eyes lit up, she did not understand. I rush over and bought a bag of the chocolate ones and I swear these things tasted the same as they did 15 years ago. I gave them out to my family and they all loved them and then they were all gone. I decided to look on Amazon to see if they sell them and they did. Of course I ordered more and they are just as good. I have had all of them, but chocolate is my choice. All of them are great but I like the chocolate the most. I think most people who buy these know what they are. If you never had one, lived in California, have no clue they exist, but if you never had one, I would strongly recommend trying them.

After living in California for a while these became a favorite. Christmas of 2020 I couldn’t figure out what to send the grandchildren that would put a smile on their face. Some lived in the north, some lived in the east, and some in the south. When I recalled these lollipops from my past I knew that was my answer. Actually even after the grandkids, I sent a couple boxes out to some other special people! I think they could be a little cheaper, because they are just lollipops. But once you taste them you will understand! Try the flavored ones too:)
