I prefer running and plyo in bare feet would these hold up where shoes are required?** A: Running outside, no. Plyo yes. They would NOT hold up where shoes are required. They are very comfortable and do have a rubber sole but they are not stable enough for running. **Q: I am between a woman's size 8 and 8.5. I get foot cramps easily and wanted something with more support. These lightweight shoes are great! They fit perfect and are not too heavy or tight. I was not sliding at all (slip resistant). Very comfortable to workout in and they do not slip off at all. True to size.
