FITKICKS Original Women's Foldable Active Lifestyle Minimalist Footwear Barefoot Yoga Sporty Water Shoes

I ordered this colored pair first and got a large. I wear an 8 but a lot of these kind of shoes run small so I ordered the large. They fit ok, a little long but very comfortable. The band around the top is just a little tight so if you are very wide at the top of your foot and wide ankles you may have a problem. I really like these, very good to run outside or even to wear out everyday if you wanted to. They have a nice sole that is sturdy but not too heavy to lounge around the house in. I can still curl up on the couch and put my feet under me comfortably. I like this pair so much that I got another pair, the solid color. I also got that pair in large but there was a significant difference in size. The solid colored pair were much tighter than the multicolored pair. I had to double check that they were large and not medium. I still like the fit and use them more outside (I wore them when I climbed on top of our camper to clean the roof-worked perfect!). The tighter fit and non slip are great for climbing ladders and other tasks that you need to be stable. The top band doesn't seem to be any tighter than the multicolored pair so these work. Just be aware that there seems to be a difference in fit between the colors. I had tried a cheaper pair but they were really tight around my foot and I had to send them back. I think these are worth the money. Just FYI I am a 69 year old woman.

I use these for taichi and they work nicely. I wear 7-7.5 shoe, medium fits well and is comfortable. The teal color is pretty.

These might be the ugliest examples of footwear I have seen in a while, but they are the most comfortable I have ever owned. They are made of an acrylic fabric on top and rubber soles that bend with your foot easily. I really like that they are lightweight (pop them in the wash and they air dry in an hour) and yet keep my feet warm. Plus I can run out to the mailbox because the soles are kind of indoor/outdoor and not bulky, heavy or hard so they are nice inside the house, but tough enough that the gravel doesn't hurt my feet through the shoe. These are really amazing for as simple as they seem and for less than $20 you cannot go wrong. I bought the black ones and wore them all day for a week (I am a stay at home mom) but with yoga pants I could have easily run to the store in them. I then bought these grey ones to go with the grey yoga pants. Even after constant wear, including heavy cleaning, they washed up nicely and show no signs of wear after about 3 weeks of hard wear and tear. I am not easily this impressed with a product and I was not given any kind of discount or freebie for my review. As for size, some people say they run small. I got a size bigger because of this and I think they are a bit too big but not enough to complain about. I do think if I had gotten my regular size they would have been small. Since these are stretchy, flexible shoes, size is not a huge issue. Lastly, new studies have come out saying that the best way to live is barefoot. All the supportive shoes we wear have made out foot muscles weak which leads to tripping, painfully tired feet and makes you more susceptible to injury.. Doctors are recommending you go barefoot whenever possible. Even weight lifters now have "barefoot shoes". These little shoes are great because you really feel barefooted and you are getting the benefits of the barefoot workout but the feet are protected by the rubber sole. It even has a reinforced toe (you can see it as a different color on the shoe) where its most likely to wear out. I am now going to go buy the blue pair just for the fun of it. Buy these, you will not be sorry. Oh and I recommend you get your true size. If you are a half size I would round up.

Just received these Fitkicks and bought these to wear around the house. I wear a 5.5 size shoe and ordered the small which is advertised 5.5-6.5 size. These are a bit large so I’m hoping it will shrink a bit after a few washes. They are comfortable and feels like I’m walking barefooted. Easy to slip on and off.

This is my 4th pair of FitKicks! I love these. I wear them EVERYWHERE!!! I'm a special education teacher and am on my feet all day, plus chasing students--and I mean truly running after them down the hallways. With my other shoes, I've always been more comfortable kicking my shoes off before chasing after the kiddos, but I have no problem in these. There's no slipping and I get enough traction that I'm comfortable running in the halls or even wet grass when I need. The best part about these shoes is that I love hiking in them. They are so comfortable and I can walk on any surface without issues. Just last week I went hiking with my goddaughter and she had her hiking boots on and I had my FitKicks on. It was raining with mud puddles galore. My feet were wet, but so were hers, plus her socks. I don't wear socks with my FitKicks. We walked on sharp rocks, slippery rocks, tree roots, through puddles and mud. I love that these work as water shoes as well. They got muddy, but when done walking I found a big puddle and rinsed them a little to get most of the mud off. Changed into my spare pair in the car so my feet were dry and was set to go! My goddaughter had wet feet the rest of the day...her shoes took a long time to dry. When I got back I hosed off the mud better and left my shoes to dry again. She laughed the whole time we were hiking because I had my "ballet" shoes on hiking, but I ended up being the one most comfortable. No blisters or sores from wet feet! They are my go to shoe. The only time I wont wear them is when it is freezing out, but then I just bring a pair to trade off when I get where I am going so I don't have to wear my boots any longer. :) As for durability. For a $20-$25 shoe, they've lasted longer than shoes that I've spent $50 or more on! My first pair I bought lasted me a little over 6 months of EVERYDAY wear until I snagged the right shoe on a screw on a students stander, without that screw I would probably still be wearing them. My second pair has been going strong for 2 months and that's with hiking, mud, and ending up in the river a weekly thing. (When you have dogs...)

I am new at tai Chi. My shoes all have padded heels so I felt Unbalances. I bought these at a very reasonable price. they stay on my feet. I feel almost barefooted. I really like them.

Love these "shoes". Needed something close to walking barefoot to help me with balance and better traction. However, they do have a flaw. On the right foot, in the front, between the big toe and the next toe the seam is not fully glued (sewn?) and comes apart within a month of wearing. Hoping it was just the one pair I ordered I got another pair and the same thing happened. So, while I love the shoes I can't just keep ordering them every other month.

Love these foldable barefoot shoes! XL fits well (I wear women's size 11-11 1/2). Comfortable to wear around the house and for Yoga and Qigong. Definitely a good value. I have only worn socks in the house for years and my feet were starting to complain...these simple footwear have made a significant difference. Also delivered in a very timely manner.
