These Partake Ginger Snaps are so good! You can't even tell they're gluten free! My kids loved them and they're usually picky about my GF snacks! The ginger snaps have the perfect amount of ginger in them- just enough to lend the right amount of warmth to every bite you take! The cookies are crisp but also will melt in your mouth if you decide to hold them in there to savor them! These are a bit thicker than a typical ginger snap which makes them ultra satisfying and hard to resist!

(I did not purchase these from Amazon but at my local grocery store. I was only looking for a decent vegan cookie option that didn't cost a million dollars, and I don't have any food allergies)Bland, bland bland. I wouldn't give these to anyone who has actually tasted a regular ginger snap cookie. Maybe that's why they think they're getting away with this imposter. Will not repurchase.

These cookies were pleasant overall. They were nice and crunchy and tasted fresh. However, they were a bit too dry for my taste and just didnt have enough ginger. Hit them harder with the ginger. I do love the message of the company and I do recognize that it can be almost impossible to make mass produced quality cookies that are free of the 9 major allergens. So i give major props to Partake Foods for the effort and for creating cookies that kids impacted by allergies can safely take to school and enjoy.

I enjoyed the Partake Gluten-Free Cookies. The package I received had 6 boxes, all packaged well. These cookies are gluten free, non-GMO, and seemed to be made well. A friend of ours who has mild reactions to gluten tried them and confirmed no reactions. The ginger taste was good for me, a good balance of ginger taste and sweetness. One thing I was surprised about was the higher calorie count for just 3 cookies; at their size I was hoping it would be a little less, but not a deal breaker at all. Overall, I enjoyed these and our friend with some gluten intolerance enjoyed and recommended them as well.
