This stuff lasts forever and works well. Wish it didn’t smell so sweet but the mama dogs and pups love it and it really does help with weight gain.

I got this for my 3 year old half GS and Blue Healer. He was at the Vet for a week and lost 8 lbs and looked ruff. while he was there, he's not a big dog, 50 lbs. So he was down to 42 lbs. Thought I would give this a try. Smells like Vanilla. I feed him chicken, beef liver, chicken salmon, sweet potatoes mix it with beef or chicken broth. Put a little kibble in the bottom of his bowl, I know nasty stuff. He rarely eats the kibble. I mixed that Canine Weight Gainer in there and he eat it all, loves that stuff. I got the order on the 16 April, by the 22nd he grain back what ever weight he lost plus 2 lbs. I was feeding him twice a day and giving him 2 coups a day. The only down side I saw was he's been trying real hard to hump the Bloodhound, but Molly wasn't having it.

I have bought several other brands of weight gainer. All American Canine is by far the best on the market. I will continue using this product for my picky eater.

We have had Maggie for 4 weeks. She is a 1.5-year-old rescue. She is underweight and has started to eat all her food. She licks the bowl; she likes the supplement over her dry food. I think she has even gained a pound. She is a big dog. German Shepard mix, maybe Great Dane. Beautiful and sweet. I would highly recommend this supplement to all dog lovers whose dogs are not eating well. It really does work.

UPDATE: 5 weeks on the new diet of (his regular kibble, plus) EVOO, turmeric, sardines and this product, I am happy to say that Frankie has put on 4.5 lbs and looks great! I've even noticed a little extra energy and some athleticism that I haven't seen in awhile. I have an 11 yo boxer on a daily dose of pred for his MCTs. He's been on pred for 3-4 years now and the last year has been rough for him. He went from 83 lbs to 73 lbs... I increased the amount of food at meal times and added plenty of snacks during the day but he was still losing weight. He's only been on this supplement for 3 weeks and I have not weighed him yet but it does appear he's put on a lbs or so. He's looking better and has plenty of energy. His stools are actually more firm now than they were on just regular dry food. Side note: I added this supplement along with EVOO, turmeric (for joint health) and add in salt-free sardines. He seems to be doing great on this new diet! I can't believe his stools are solid :)

Honestly this product was lifesaving. I have the pickiest dog ever. He used to not finish and eat throughout the day which led to him being underweight. But this makes all the difference. He eats his meals in one go now and is finally excited for dinner. I don’t know if it’s just mine, but the appetite stimulant seemed to take some time to really kick in, in terms of what I could see from his drive to eat but the weight gain because of this has been almost immediately. Such a great product with wonderful results.

My dog hasn't seemed to gain his weight back so I had to switch bag to the more expensive higher protein dog food. Its palatable, they certainly dont mind it.

well bought for my pups that was struggling to gain weight and one stole from the other pup and now he’s a veryyyyyy chonky. I’d say it works, 5 stars. Highly recommend.
