I got this swing for yoga and low back pain relief. And it works great for all that. But it also works great for other adult activities. Y’all catchin’ what I’m throwing’ down? Right! Okay so We put it through it’s paces the night it was delivered and we found that the material is good quality with clean stitching. It is sturdy, (currently I am right at 160lbs) the hardware that comes with it is also good quality. It has the ceiling mount hooks and the daisy chains. The carabiners that are provided with the swing are plenty adequate for normal use, but like I stated at the beginning of the post we will be using it for other adult activities. So we are going to get some heavy duty carabiners just Incase my old man and I get brave enough to try some of the more advanced “Yoga” poses together. All around this is a good yoga trapeze and I would recommend it to my friends. Thank you!!

I almost cannot live without this product. It works wonders for your hips and spine. There are so many poses and workouts you can do, and also find on YouTube. I tend to do what feels the best and it doesn't even feel like a workout. It's a peaceful place and there are some positions that feel like nirvana on the spine. This yoga trapeze in particular is made of very sturdy parachute-like material. I had one for about four years (purple one in pic) that was a different brand, cost around $80-90 and didn't include the hanging hardware. It recently ripped so I had to invest in another. I was skeptical on this cheaper product, but decided to give it a try. I am so pleased with this. Don't hesitate based on price, this is well made and a steal for the investment for your body.

I got this for myself last year to stretch on & help with pain relief (especially decompressing my back). Overal just to have some fun while doing that & was I in for a treat once we installed it! It came with everything pictured and is true to color. It was fairly easy to install since we had everything already. You'll need a stud finder if you don't know where beams are located & drill. It didn't come with directions but a quick yt search worked fine. It's light weight, easy to wash, comfortable, adjustable and just plain FUN...for the WHOLE FAMILY! Strong enough to hold my 6'3 270+ lb husband. It keeps my 3 littles busy for HOURS we literally have to have a timer so everyone has a turn! This is absolutely the best addition to my home studio and I use it almost daily. My husband is a carpenter, so I am lucky that I didn't have to pay someone for installation... this is not for the average human to install. The bolts provided were not long enough and pulled out of the studs, so my husband got much more significant bolts. Once anchored securely, it performs well and the trapeze itself is well-made. My 9 foot ceilings make it a little less awesome than it would be hung higher, but I do plan on tying it to a tall tree periodically when summer returns to enjoy some real aerial yoga.

I had been debating for weeks over a silk style yoga hammock, or this trapeze style which is made of a nylon parachute type outdoor material. Ultimately the decision was made when I saw a lightning deal on this one for $36! It was an excellent choice. It came within 1 day, all pieces were included & it did include a PDF printout in the box with "mounting instructions", although I would recommend actually speaking with someone who has some basic handyman knowledge as the instructions image seems to be for hanging a set of double swings (see pic)? Best not to trust your life to a piece of paper... On with the review... I love the swing, for the price even at its current listed Prime price of $47.99, I believe it's a steal since it includes the metal mounting brackets (about $20 separately). These brackets are not always needed, for example if you have an exposed load bearing beam (which I do) or a tree branch that can hold sufficient weight, you can simply use the included daisy chains to hang it. The material is very soft & lightweight, it's comfortable to lay in, folds down into a small nylon drawstring bag for easy storage or even to take with you camping. Weight limit says 661 lbs. My brother in law who is 6'2, probably 230ish, sat in it easily & comfortably. As long as your mounting surface can support that much weight, I have no doubt that the trapeze will support anyone who wants to try it. I would suggest investing in two rock climbing carabiners so that you can quickly/easily adjust the height of the swing & handles on each side for different flows. It's easier than unlocking all 4 of the ones attached. I have made some jokes to other friends who have these that they look like some sort of sex swing device, and after installing mine, I've gotten the same reaction from my sister & brother in law! If your into that sort of thing, I see no reason it wouldn't work as a very cheap option to spice up your bedroom activity. It doesn't come with cleaning info, but it's high density nylon so I'm thinking cold water gentle cycle and a gentle soap with air drying would clean it right up? All in all, whether you buy this for Yoga, lower back pain, your kids, your inner hippie child, or your significant other, it's well worth the money spent. YouTube has plenty of videos showing yoga flows & also mounting suggestions.

I love to hang upside down on this thing (and I'm not a small person). I must admit, my children have claimed it as theirs. It's a great addition to our play space. The materials feel sturdy and I'm never afraid of falling. I haven't done a consistent yoga practice in years, but I can easily get inverted on this thing. The aqua blue is so pretty.

My kids love this. I enjoy it to just swinging back and forth I can feel my stomach muscles and legs getting a work out. Good quality and easy for beginners. Easy to put up once found the correct drill bit. Would recommend ☺

Excelente compra en cuanto calidad / precio Lo único que podría decir que me hubiese gustado un poquito más ancho , el tamaño con un poquito más de amplitud en la hamaca para que puedas extenderte completamente . Es el único pero que le pongo por lo demás excelente

Es increíble! Incluye todo para instalarlo en el techo, y con muy buenos materiales. Solo tuvimos que encontrar una broca grande para hacer el hoyo en el techo. La tela es rígida lo cual si eres principiante conviene mucho, porque tienes mayor soporte y estabilidad. Estoy muy contenta con este producto!
