Wonderful product. I watched a video on YouTube where a home health nurse uses product with Wonderful patient results.It's performance is super. I don't find the noise a bother.Very easy to setup and use. I suggest that you plug in the electrical controller before you do anything else as my controller canister didn't work but Amazon shipped a replacement and I had that in 2 days.I've enjoyed the best sleep in several years with this product. No more sleeping in my recliners because of my back.I have a twin XL power bed. Product can be used on any size bed.Product works beautifully! I recommend it.

Mom loves it, sometimes it can be too puffy but you just dial it down to you get it to wear it is comfortable. That is a great feature. The pause feature say you are turning the person and you don't want those pillow pockets to keep inflating and deflating then you can pause the action. Appreciated that. I wish the chord could be longer but that is what they make extension chords for. Helped with healing bed sores or preventing them as it always movement in the bed and it is very subtle. I am getting myself one.

Bought this for my mother who is in bed a lot. We had an air pad that was supposed to help but it didn't alternate pressure like this one does. Places where sores were about to happen have cleared up. An existing sore is getting better (update: it's healed!)She says it comfortable and she doesn't really notice the change in pressure at all.The pump is fairly quiet and doesn't bother her at all. I love that it has a static option and control for how firm you want it.It has large flaps at top and bottom to tuck around/under the mattress to help hold it in place.The only downside was the hissing sound it makes as it changes pressure (releasing air). It startled me at first and I thought maybe I hadn't connected something right or a hose popped off. I quickly realized what it was, chuckled at myself, and now I hardly notice it at all when I'm in the room. Mom never noticed it.Registration of product online for warranty purposes was easy.Very happy customer here! I highly recommend this!

Item arrived promptly, and in great condition. Setup was easy. Unfortunately after about 3 months of nightly use, the air pump stopped working, but after contacting Lunderg, and speaking with Agna, I had a replacement pump at my door in about two days, and all is well! Great product, and outstanding customer service.

We liked this pad so much we got the pad for the recliner. It operates so silently and is very effective preventing bed sores.

I am paralyzed and I needed a mattress topper for my Tempupedic. Purchased this and it seemed to work OK at first. Always needed it on the low setting and even the low setting was very stiff. I have what’s called princess bedding in between this and my body to alleviate some of the pain from the hardness.Recently, I have gotten a pressure sore and it’s very painful. I have been trying to fiddle with my mattress to fix it to make it more comfortable—I wondered why on “low” Setting everything is fully inflated and hard? Static feature is not on. Air does not move through the mattress. It is just constantly hard— cannot turn it down any lower. Today I am feeling as though my tailbone is in jeopardy as well as other areas of my pelvis.I asked chatGPT for the best option in mattress toppers and there is one that looks just like this, but it is offered from a different company. Maybe that one works and actually alternates the pressure through the chambers? I’m going to try that one and hope and pray I get some relief. I would not recommend this to anyone who is paralyzed or has areas where they have less feeling. 😢

Product was exactly as shown. Provided good restful sleep. Returning because the patient is a paraplegic who needs assistance to be cared for. A pull sheet with handles is used and this pads inflation makes it very difficult to move patient, When in use it was very comfortable and restful. I hate to return it, wish it could be altered.

The mattress was very good preventing bed sores. We bought another brand that last for over a year until it sprung a leak. We decided to try this one which did just as well but only lasted six months until it stopped alternating the pressure and stayed fully pressured up causing about six bad spots on my father in-laws back and hips. This happened within about 24 hours of pump malfunction. It seems be a common issue and with patients depending on this mattress it could be very serious. for the last almost two years of him being bed ridden he has had now bed sores. The mattresses work but failure should not be an option. I decided to purchase from the original company after this one failed because at least it deflated which didn't cause any immediate harmful damage to his skin.
