The Sunkiss adult diapers are a great diaper for dealing with severe urinary incontinence. I ordered these to get by with, while waiting for my regular night-time diapers to arrive as delivery was a week late. This diaper is extremely comfortable. The overall cut of the diaper fits really well over the hips. There is not a bunch of access that hangs down the side. The outer shell is a bit thicker than most adult diapers, but is very comfortable against the skin, and has a little give when fasten snugly. The inner is supper soft and extremely absorbant. It wicks moisture well, but is not completely odor free. Though it has better odor control than most, once you get into the third wetting, there is a slight odor. The adhesive tapes and landing zone work great. love that they make it in pink as opposed to just white. but I would love to see a blue diaper and mayba few other colors. It's nice to have something other than medical diaper white, when using diapers is a medical requirement. If you are on the fence about this diaper give it a try

Super nice, extremely absorbent, premium feeling, good looking diaper for cheap. This is better than pretty much anything at the price point.Absorbency:The best I've ever experienced. Tall standing leak guards and extra thick padding prevent any leaks day and night. Everything is quickly and evenly absorbed. With a single booster this diaper lasted me over 24hrs no leaks!Sizing:Order a size smaller than your used to. I normally wear a medium in other brands, this brand a small is perfect.Discreetness:This diaper is NOT discreet. It's loud and thick. It expands a lot when wet. Fortunately I don't care.

A fairly decent diaper with high capacity. Worn with one booster pad for nighttime use.Purchased sz. Large, plastic backed, color white. I’m 165lbs 34” waist. And this was a very good fit and performance.Disposable diaper prices are excessively high cost at present, and the Sunkiss brand is offering the most economical costs for a high capacity brief. Good for day or night use.

First and foremost yes, these are pretty much Megamaxes.They feel, wear, and absorb just like them. Can't confirm they buy from the same manufacturer and just obstain from putting tacky branding on them, but rest assured you will NOT leak at night, or even during the day. I wear 24/7 due to impaired interoception (I'm high functioning autistic) and can confidently say these are up to par with what I expect from an adult diaper.They do share one funny trait with the megas, and that is that mediums fit a little bit big. I'm a petit lady, weighing in at 135lbs and measuring in with a 29" waist, and the tapes have to stick to each other a bit in order for me to get the proper fit. Being ABDL as well, this is not a problem for me; bigger diapers feel nicer to wear as I dress around my disability, and they tend to be more absorbant. However if you don't like a slightly bigger fit and you are on the smaller end of the size scale like me, then size down one.TLDR: These are "off brand" Megamaxes and if you don't want to spend $45 for premium diapers, DO NOT HESITATE, THESE ARE 100% COMPARIBLE. They fit a little big but hold a TON of liquid!! These diapers are worth every penny.

Highly absorbent, very similar quality to the v1 megamax but cheaper!. They fit great and are super soft. Will be ordering these in the future!

These diapers are absolutely amazing. For the price, it is incredible. First off, the comfort is outstanding, I am intersex and have female genitalia, and they are super comfy. I bought some for my boyfriend, and he also loves the comfort. I happen to be a DL and I’m always looking for an cheaper alternative to the normal ~$45 10-12 packs of ABDL diapers, and I think I’ve finally found it. I managed to wear one of these diapers for 36 hours without a change. I had a couple full bladder wettings and one huge mess and not one leak. Even some of the other ABDL brands will leak when sitting after one full wetting. Even then, the tabs aren’t even good and eventually the diaper starts to fall off, not these. The tabs are super strong and I’ve never had one of them break. They absorb a lot and keep the skin surprisingly dry. I am not incontinent so I don’t know how these would work for bed-wetting or overnight use, all I know is I can sleep in them comfortably even when wet. These diapers have very good dispersion when it comes to wetting and it spreads evenly. If you like to wet and mess diapers like me, I would recommend combining with some booster pads. 10/10 these are my new go to diapers.

I dont know what happened. I got this in 2023 and they were pretty good... basically a clone of Megamax but a little less comfortable. Just got them again in 2024... every single diaper in the package has leaked. Not on a 3rd or 4th wetting. First wetting... instead of immediately absorbing, the liquid slides around first. Laying down, it instantly came out the top. Sitting, it instantly leaked out the sides. Standing, it dribbled from the leak guards. Then once the liquid was absorbed, it all got stuck into the middle. There was so much unused space that couldn't be accessed because of how the liquid was absorbing.Something changed from last year... and these unless this package is an anomaly, they've made the product basically unusable. I have 4 diapers left, out of the 10, so I'm leaving a 3 for now... but if each of them leak again, I'll revise, and if they all work great, I'll revise. But right now, I'm very disappointed.

Quality diaper and size is true to a medium.Quality is almost like a mega max, very soft, thick but not to thick... very nice and absorbs well. No leaks at all. Very tall leak guards.
