My unit works when it’s all hooked together, but when I want to use the trimmer only to the trigger handle it has no juice.bad connection somewhere but can’t get it to work. No luck on the battery part would be nice if one fits all. Going all battery power on all the different machines **Q: how many batterys included** A: One battery is included **Q: Does it come with a harness?** A: Yes, works like a charm, making short work of shrubs. I trim the hedges at our church, in memory of our son. Wired trimmers was such a hassle. So I got these for convenience. Also, there is one bush 7 foot high. So the pole attachment is great. They are pretty heavy. That said they work Great and are perfect for my needs. Battery life is quite good. I’d guess I easily get close to an hour use out of a charge.
