Do I measure from the seat up to get the height, or the whole back? I think I need a large by width but medium by height...:(

I measured from the bottom of the back, where the seat meets the back, to the top of the back. All of my measurements fit the medium size, but the medium wound up being too small. Had to return it and ordered the large size. Hope that helps you.

Where can I find matching arm covers?

When I viewed the item, at the bottom, Amazon suggested a companion buy of the arm covers. I bought them. The match quite well.

It's truly amazing

Not lying. It was above our expectations and it covered out wor. Out leather chair, didn't have to buy a new one. PS it covers the whole chair but not its "arms". We got the arm covers for very cheap from a different seller.
