Works good....If it is in a warm climate
First of all, this is a solid lock. It locks easy and the ability to use your finger print, phone BT, and keys is all fantastic. BUT once the temperature drops below 50 degrees F, you better not lose those keys! This is not 'weatherproof'! It is waterproof. At 43F this morning, my fingerprint didn't work, so I tried my phone app and it said it was successful but the lock itself did not open. I tried it 3 times and it said successful but didn't open. I had to resort to the key. I spent $60 on this lock, so I would not have to worry about carrying a key all the time. Or having to share keys with the 6 other family members that use this as well. It is winter now and it will not work now. I might as well have purchased a regular key lock for $15. I did bring the lock inside right after taking it off, and let it sit to acclimate to 70F. It worked flawlessly with my phone and fingerprint. Please do not buy this if you are using it in climate that is cold, unless you like spending 4 times the amount of money for a key lock. Will not recommend this product. I am a test technician who does environmental testing of equipment that has to go outdoors. We have to test to standards. There should be information on temperature range for the use of this product because there are a lot of electronic components that will not function well at low or high temps. It would be interesting to know if they comformal coated the circuit board as well. Don't purchase this product.

Nice lock and features
Nice lock and neat features. Compatible with TTlock app or DDlock app. I bought to go on my gates but they are too thick to go through the holes. I really hate that cause they are awesome.

item stopped working after 30 day return
This item was originally a great find worked perfectly. BUT right after 30 day return window closed both mine and my neighbors stopped working so basically a glorified key lock now. Buyer we warned
