Love this product. Easy to use for the do it yourselfer. Holds the heavier boards I have used. Love the floating shelf look.

In terms of looks for the finished product, I would give it 5/5: clean floating shelf look. However, there is a bit of bounce, so I would give it about 4/5 on sturdiness. Steel used seems fine. It is not the strongest, but that's reflected in the stated weight capacity. I would get this product if you are putting up a shelf and you don't intend to take items on and off constantly (so for asthetic purposes). The installed shelf had a 12 inch diameter, my guess is there might be no/limited bounce with a shelf thats around 6 inches in diameter.

These worked perfectly for a .75 inch oak shelf. I strongly recommend using a drill guide so you can drill at the correct angle through drywall into the studs as well as into the edge of the shelf.

This was a great option for floating shelves. I've used others but this is the best-looking option. Just make sure to measure meticulously before mounting, and remember that the piece of wood may also be crooked as well. Great product that I will use again and again.

Giving three stars because instructions say to drill 3/8” hole, but really needed a 5/16”. So now one of the holes is too big and has too much give, so shelf doesn’t sit straight

Placed in studs and mounted shelf to it. Works great.

Under the right circumstances these pegs will support a shelf.I used these because my shelf is a 3/4" piece of pine.Probably the only way to seat these pegs with precision is with a drill press. I was able to drill the holes by eyeballing the square I had temporarily secured to the shelf.I am screwing the shelf pegs directly into a stud for maximum support.The installation of these supports require some good solid hand skills and are not necessarily for a beginner DIY person.

Works great when installing thin floating shelves. My shelves were not of a length that allowed me to screw into studs so I cut sheetrock and installed 2x4’s in the wall to screw into for added support. Took a little more work than I planned but the shelves look great.
