Fits my 13 kg calor gas green bottle with red top well, if anything it's about 1-inch but you can really up at the bottom if you want, reasonably sturdy And has a flat top and looks kind of waterproof not too sure how long the black will stay black in the sun but I rate this product best I've seen on the market. May need to get another one for my backup guest tank

Heavy Duty but Doesn't Fit 13KG Calor Gas Bottle Properly
The cover is undeniably heavy-duty, and if it fit a standard 13KG tank, it would be excellent. However, despite the listed measurements, it does not fit a 13KG Calor gas bottle. Additionally, it lacks a bottom, which means it doesn’t fully protect the tank from the elements, rendering the bottom drawstring useless. I would recommend this for owners of smaller tanks who don’t mind the bottom area being exposed.

So easy to fit
This cover is so easy to fit as it has a zipper all the way down the side and around the top. Hope it's water proof but time will tell. Feels a good quality material and so far very pleased with this purchase
