No, you need to buy the balls elsewhere. The pool can be filled with water. My son is 20month and he loves it. so I think it's worth the money

At what age does this go up to? Would it still be good for 2 yr olds?

100% fine. My 2 year old enjoys it just fine, just with any toy the novelty wears off after a while, but it's still used pretty regularly. My 9 year old can even use it pretty reliably, if he wants to.

Where do you get replacement parts?

How do you keep it from sliding on wood floor?

I suggest you better put it on the rug, my daughter uses inside where there is a rug. Other times its outside on the grass. My daughter has played it for a week and it is stable. Nice product.
