Nakd Choose Your Favorite Selection (20 Bars)

I try to eat healthily and as I am coeliac I have to stick to a gluten free diet. I avoid added sugar and artificial sweeteners and try to eat food which is as natural as possible. These bars are all wheat, gluten and dairy free and are also vegan. The bars are unbaked and all consist simply of raw fruit and nuts. The pack of 20 which I bought consists of a wide range of flavours, including ginger bread, banana bread, berry bliss and blueberry muffin, so you get a wide variety to choose from. The primary ingredient in each bar is dates, to which have been added different nuts and fruits. I found that a couple of the bars also contained gluten free oats but all of the others contained only fruit and nuts. Each bar counts as 1 of your 5 a day so they are very healthy. My husband (who is diabetic) and I are both enjoying these bars, especially the wide variety. It is nice to be able to try something different every day and to know that what we are eating is healthy. I thought they were reasonable value for money as the cost worked at about 80p per bar. This compares well with many other cereal bars. I will definitely be buying these again. I am happy to recommend them to others.

Good alternative to refined sugar bars. Natural ingredients gives a good taste. A little pricey but you get what you pay for

This was supposed to be a Christmas present so I had expected it to be on the box as pictured but they were not presented in a box, just the postal box.

I am doing a 30 day reset where most foods are off limits, however I can eat most Nakd bars as an occasional treat (excluding the ones with oats and peanuts). I really wanted to try some of the flavours I had seen on social media but couldn't find in the supermarket (pecan pie, coffee and walnut, Banoffee) so decided on getting this variety box. I'm so happy I did as I know which flavours I love and which ones to avoid and will buy the flavours I like in bulk. All bars had a good date and taste yummy! It came in a nakd box as well not a generic cardboard box. Love coffee and walnut, Banoffee and Bakewell tart. I just need to stop myself eating them all at once!

I bought it for my pregnant friend to use after birth. It is especially ideal for sudden hunger and sugar crises. It was also fun to have different flavours.

Now, I made a little error here. You see my husband and I had often considered a naturists holiday but never took the plunge because we are a bit prudish and were unsure on how to go about it. So, you can imagine my excitement when I looked on Amazon and saw (let me explain, my eyesight has diminished a bit during lockdown) what I thought were tickets to a Naked Bar! Here was the opportunity we had been waiting for, I could anonymously buy these through Amazon with Prime delivery!You could imagine my disappointment when a box of cereal bars arrived, but atleast they are quite tasty.

I ordered these as a gift .. but they came In just a cardboard box. Where is the nice box like the picture and on some other peoples reviews??? Great bars but should of just bought some naked bars from the shop which are atleast more presentable.
