Fun first horse
It is pretty loud, but granddaughter loved the horse once she figured out how to ride it. Perfect for an 18/24 month old first rocking horse. It's a little tall for shorter kiddos. They may need assistance getting on.

Good present for kids but hard to assemble. The singing is annoying.
I got this as a gift for my little brother. The assembly process was hard, it would not attach. The horses singing is annoying. But my brother loves it! I didn’t even know the horse sing until we assembled it.

Great Product and Excellent Customer Service
Please understand before reading this and you can read my other reviews on Amazon. I in no way work for this company nor am I being asked to do them any favors but we had a very, very good transaction with them.We bought 2 of their rocking horses for our twin daughters and they absolutely love them. One came defective as the horse’s tail did not move and my twin daughters started to fight over the one that was working. So I reached out to their customer service team and they were EXCELLENT. Very fast responses, very professional, customer friendly, and very family oriented. They took care of the issue in no time at all. I would highly, highly recommend this product from them and due to their outstanding customer service I would recommend any product that they might sell as well. We have already been looking at their page and when we need anything they are selling, we will purchase whatever that item is through them.

Giddy up cowboy.
It was just the right size and height for a 3 year old. My great grandson who has down syndrome love it. It's loud, but I don't mind it as long as he's happy.
