Great Service
Companies everywhere should model their customer service after these guys. I have nothing but great things to say about how a minor issue was handled with an immediate response from actual person. Good product with a great service
The product is good, my friend liked it, but unfortunately, one side didn't work, but the seller helped pretty fast to give me a solution by replacing the one damaged.

Good sound clarity.
The media could not be loaded. I just received this last week. It came half charged. I like the round case that fits good in my pants pocket. The case also recharges the amplifiers. They fit well in my ear. I only wish in time they could make it smaller to fit into my ear canal. I. Have used other brands but for me this one I can hear so much better. I highly recommend.
