I’ve had my phone for two weeks. The service and coverage is phenomenal in rural Louisiana (the sticks/BFE)! The customer service is responsive, friendly, and fast. Activation took about 45 seconds, but it took about 24 hours to get the phone protection set up and active. If you are a phone breaker get a case because the even though I’ve dropped mine once without a scratch, 6 inches higher and I am certain it would have hit the metal (aluminum) edging hard enough to make an indentation resulting in damage to the glass. Similar to what would happen to the old iPhone 4s. Overall, I am impressed with boost cell coverage and have to give them a 10 of 10 stars rating. Amazon gets an 11 of 10 stars rating for making the iPhone accessible and affordable for me. No other cell provider or cellular buying platform offered this product within an affordable range for me! This was not only a smart purchase that has been backed by good customer service and a two day delivery, but the best part of it is I get a brand new iPhone everytime they have a new release or every year to an upgraded version of mine! It’s better than iPhone forever, because I’ll actually get the upgrade this time and won’t have to pay with my arms and legs to get what I’ve been promised! Thank you Boost Mobile! Great job Amazon, You haven’t let me down yet!

I was skeptical at first, but I went for it and it was pretty easy to set up with the Boost Infinite account. I only had to pay taxes for the phone and also pay for the first month for the service.The service is pretty good in my area. So overall so far so good.

Phone came within 2 days got it activated no problem and haven’t had any issues . Great quality service. Also battery life is longer ofc . I would recommend this to anyone !

They do a soft credit check and if you are approved you will just pay the sales tax on the phone and the first months service. The phone comes pretty quicklyIn the mail. I think mine arrived in 4 days. The box was in decent condition , had not been opened. Battery life at 100% with me being the first user. The phone is of good quality. If you are worried about losing a camera if you opt for a pink phone like I wanted it’s not that much of a difference and I am a Pro Max girl. Always have been! But I really love this phone. Service drops quite a bit where I live. That is the one thing I don’t like. But other than that I’m happy with the phone and the service! I also love they give you the option to upgrade to the latest phone every year as well. I would give them a shot while the offer stands. They are a new up and coming phone service provider. They are not connected to boost mobile at all. They are ran by Dish.

I have had every kind of Apple phone and iPad over the years, love them all. This iphone 15 plus is what I expected. It was a simple transfer through icloud for me. It was a tiny hassle to transfer my number from Verizon, (esim), but once I put in the acct/transfer pin it said transferring for 10 minutes... I was nervous and impatient like I am with everything and got on chat with Infinite, a nice person helped me, we were about to give up and go to tech help and I went back to settings/cellular and saw "cellular service" pop up to set it up, it was only a matter of delay and waiting then it was absolutely no problem and no issues. So far love it and can't imagine why I was giving Verizon so much money. Wow...I recommend this all. Of course Apple phone is reliable. Together this seems great.

This phone has lots of issues. Something wrong with the display…shows type on top of type so you can’t read it, flickers on and off, Bluetooth disconnects. I’ve only had it a month and return window is closed
