TiptreePassion Fruit Curd, 11 Ounce Jar

This is delicious! It’s like lemon pie filling but a million times better. The jars from this company are shipped inside boxes that protect them from breaking and from cross-contamination from chemicals on other products shipped with them. I am very impressed with products from this company. I tried adding a spoon of this lemon curd to some plain yogurt and it’s wonderful this way. It’s also good on a cracker or simply on a spoon. The pre-tariff price was definitely worth paying. I hope the crazy tariffs don’t ruin it because this is worth buying.

My first review was rejected because it focused solely on the fact that the jar was not securely packed, so it was damaged and leaked all over the box, and I did not address the product itself. That was fair. So here it is: the curd is perfect, sweet, tart, buttery goodness. It's wonderful on toast, waffles, shortbread cookies, coconut cookies (the hard, flat kind), a spoon - you name it. I usually have some on toast or a toasted waffle with my coffee in the morning.I intended to say it was too bad that I'd never order it again due to the terrible packing job (it was just loose in a large box with my other two items! Do better, Amazon! At least put it in one of those plastic shipping bags so that if it leaks, it doesn't get all over the other items.)But the curd is WAY too addictive to not order again. So here goes Amazon's second chance. Wilkin & Sons Ltd doesn't need a second chance; they got it perfect on the first try. Here's hoping this time I get a full, unopened, undamaged jar!

Rich lemon flavor, creamy & decadent. I could eat it right out of the jar. I used it to put between the layers of an 8" round lemon layer cake. So delicious. Will buy again & try other flavors too..

Delicious. Addictive. Yum. I make shortbread dough, press it into the bottom of a 9x11 cake pan, spread a layer of this on top, then spread a layer of strawberry jam & bake. Soooo good.

Product arrived quickly as promised and was not damaged. Tab depressed and safe to use. Color was a little darker than expected. I ordered this brand as my go to was out of stock. This product has a tangy lemon flavor but I find it sweeter than what I use regularly. All personal preference. I was pleased with the way the jar was packed and protected, but I will not order this brand again hence the 4 stars.

Interesting flavor that is new to my taste buds, but well worth the test of taste. Very tasty and will be one of my go-to. As a matter of fact, Tip Top is on Top of the rest.

Perfect consistency, good balance of sweet and tart. I use this in my homemade yogurt and it adds just the right amount of sweetness and flavor. A little on the pricey side compared to jam but the flavor bursts in your mouth. I bought both this and the lemon and enjoy both.

The lemon curd is really good .. so far I've had it with buttered toast, blueberry muffins, fruit slices, and french vanilla ice cream.. It's especially amazing on the ice cream!
