Good product, descales machine boiler effectively.

Does what it says on the tin. Use it regularly to descale my Gaggia Classic and always surprised at how much scale it cleans out of the machine. A cheap way to keep your machine running and avoid expensive repairs. Very easy to use by just pouring one bottle into the water tank and running through the machine (run the pour for a few seconds then leave it to soak in the boiler for 20 minutes or so).

Helped me to descale thoroughly a machine that hadn’t been used for a few years. It’s a long process to descale thoroughly but it was worth it as the coffee flow has improved immensely
