Hoping for improved D3 levels.
I've had problems with my D3 levels since having bariatric surgery, even though I had been taking a D3 supplement. It was suggested to me that I switch to one containing K2 as well for improved absorption. I haven't had my levels checked since I started taking these, but if the science is sound, I should see an improvement.
