You will have to remove the cooking grates to get clearance for your clucker to rotate. Covered the Clucker with Lawry's season all tied wings together with store string. Put the back burner and front burner on Medium it held about 325. Cooked for approx 2 hours and we had some mighty fine eating. Clucker was a light brown on the outside would have been less time but started with a semi frozen clucker!
