I received my item on June 21st, and as of August 26th, it is broken. I believe the inside was broken before I received it as it was separating from the very beginning. Very disappointed as my other be bird still works years later, I just wanted this version for the tweezers.

I had one of my dogs hairs in my ear canal pressed up against my ear drum driving me crazy, luckily it stuck out into my ear and after trying to get it out by flushing my ear and using ear wax removers and even the bebird r1 that I already had and couldn’t get it out with I was able to use the tweezer function and grab a hold of the hair and pull it out. I love that you can close the tweezers with different pressures and not have them go all the way closed so you can be super precise. It eliminated all of the discomfort I was having 10/10 I’m glad I purchased it

The device works well for removing ear wax. However, something went wrong with the camera after about six months and it no longer shows a clear image. Attempts to contact BEBIRD support did not elicit any response at all.

Contacted customer service per the instructions and all they did was send me back to Amazon. Contacted the seller and no response. When it worked it was great but obviously a couple of months working isn’t worth it.

It works great good camera great accessories and it comes wit spare parts but when I tried it out it feels a little strange to do it by yourself not any fault of the manufacturers but it feels like it’s modeled to left handed people in my opinion I’m sure it’s not it probably just me but after getting my ears done by a professional this seemed like the ext best thing you just have to get used to it I guess don’t go too deep you guys

My son is six and we have a hard time with him wanting to clean his ears.. once he saw that he could see into my ears and see what I was taking out of his ears he wanted to help clean everyone’s ears! A cool feature too it is that it has a left and right ear so that the camera angle will change with what ear you’re actually cleaning..

The tool is to far from the camera , it is useless in the ear because parts of the ear will block your view

Got this in December, it only made it to early April. The issue is around the tweezer junction. The data cable runs through here, but appears to be done poorly or is otherwise subject to twisting. In my case, I kept experiencing increasing flex at the tweezer area until two days ago it just stopped functioning. I disassembled to see if there was an easy way to fix things and found it was not, at least without a replacement for the data cable connecting the circuit board to the light and camera. Long story short, mine is busted now.While it works, it's pretty great. But this is essentially a device living on borrowed time.

The media could not be loaded. The tweezers on this will not close properly therefore making them useless to grab onto anything. Bought them as I clean patients ears out and often need to grab onto hard balls of wax. These tweezers do not work.Update (Aug-06-24) The camera doesn’t work anymore now. I thought maybe I could still use it as a camera, but nope… will not work. It lights up and is connected as it should be. So it’s basically just garbage now. Spent over $100 on this device. Am very disappointed.Yet my cheap $20 Bebird ear camera still works fine! Go figure.
