Review: Full body workout for a great price - Really nice machine for the price! It was super easy to assemble and it does your body right. You will definitely feel the burn with this machine. You workout your arms, glutes, legs and arms. Basically a full body workout in one. I’m really happy to have found this machine. It’s also pretty easy to fold and store. You can adjust the length of the seat and arms. Making it easy for everyone to use.I am able to use it and I am 5”2 aswell as my boyfriend who is 5”10. Definitely recommend 10/10.
Review: Holy crap, this is not kidding around (it's good?) - After the pandemic hit and my gym closed for the foreseeable future, I've been trying to figure out some indoor stuff to do (not a great/dedicated outdoor exerciser, unfortunately). This seemed like a sweet spot between cost and quality - I read a ton of reviews for various products - so I ordered it to add cardio to the weights I have. Um, it is cardio-revving, for sure, but consider this resistance training as well, and it is a beast. You're not going to be able to "just do this" for your standard cardio workout or anything close to it. I generally do pretty high intensity elliptical for 22-25 minutes, and in my first try today, I could barely do 15 reps (seconds). I wound up rotating "sets" of 10-15, resting longer than that in between, for several minutes, doing several rounds of that. Sweaty. And it's definitely working THE HECK OUT OF my glutes, abs, and upper arms. I just need to figure out a workout routine on this thing going forward. I could feel a temper tantrum coming on when I opened up the very small-print, dense directions. But actually, it came together beautifully and easily. It's really well considered, and the bolts and nuts come already in their spots (you take each nut off to attach pieces to each other, but this way you have an immediate sense of where things go). In a mere single use, granted, the motion was smooth, it felt stable - though I can't see a big guy using this (my 175lb teen son might be able to, but I'm not sure). Definitely solid for me at 136lb, 5'5". UPDATE: WOW. This is way better than I thought. I missed the back few pages of the assembly guide that offer directions about how to make adjustments to the machine in order to moderate intensity. This comes set as the most intense (highest resistance) mode. But by changing the seat post height and reducing from 3 to 1 the connection of the resistance bands (if you buy this you'll know what I'm referring to), I can now absolutely use this as a more regular cardio device - it still kicks my butt, but much closer to standard cardio (I was able to do 20 minutes, in 2 blocks, working up a heavy sweat vs. my standard 22-25 minutes on a gym elliptical with medium sweat). So this can really be used, in an intense setting, as more resistance tool, and at a lower setting, as more cardio. This is quite a great option for home exercise.

**Q: Has anyone stayed committed in using this daily? If so, how were your results after a 90 day period? How many inches have you lost on a**
A: I used it consistently & have lots 2 inches off waistline and thighs/flutes.  I recovered from hip replacement at 40 years old.  It has been a vital piece to getting my hips, quads, glutes arms, shoulders all back in shape.  I do it for 20-30 minutes daily, along with TRX and walking.

**Q: How does this compare with the DB method machine?**
A: I just gave my DB machine to my cousin. I like this product better because it has more going for it. I like the upper body component. DB Method does not have that. It is strictly lower body. Also, with this machine you can intensify your workout with the resistance bands. There are no resistance features on the DB Method. I hope this helps.

**Q: does it really help tone your gluts and legs?**
A: I am 75 years old and bought this machine to strengthen my knees and legs. My daily chores strengthen my arms, but I noticed that my legs felt shaky when going down stairs. I have used this machine every day for 25 reps, and my legs no longer feel shaky. I have also noticed that I haven't had the occasional stabs of pain in my knees when going downstairs, and my legs already feel stronger.

**Q: i would like to know if this machine helps tone the stomach muscles at all?**
A: YES it does!  Don't understand the NO responses to this question.  I don't go by time on machine.  I count reps.  I have only had it a week.  I do 20 reps 2-3 times a day and my tee shirts are no longer tight across my belly... They flow and move gracefully.  I am in my 60's and 💙 this machine!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quiet workout

The assembly was easy but the instructions to put it together weren’t in the package with the machine I had to scan a QR code to get the instructions and a video on how to put it together which was nice. But other than that it’s easy to workout daily at home, it’s very quiet I was able to workout while my 2yr old slept. I like how easy it is to adjust the seat and it’s stable. I love it a lot.
