Unfortunately you can't apply any eye product underneath this product. Does it work? yes it works but I'm having a hard time figuring out when to use it. I wore it during sleep and apparently I sweat under my eyes because I woke up with sweat drops underneath this product, not good because I had marks under my eyes from that like when you fall asleep on your arm and you have sweater marks on your face. Anyway, I wore them for a couple hours in the morning while I was doing my a.m. routine and yes it helped with undereye bags but again not sure about it.
