Seems like they sent already damaged item, glass door is detached, dents everywhere. The product itself is sub par. The trays and rack don't fit properly inside the oven??? How are we supposed to use them even if it arrived without any damage, right?? Then Amazon only gives the option to replace it and doesn't allow return and refund. We want to return it and buy a different product from Amazon itself but that's impossible. They are sending a replacement so let's see how that goes. Will definitely update again whether the new item fits well and if damage or not. All in all, please don't buy this product.
