I purchased this 36L Lifelong OTG 2 weeks back from Amazon and so far, very satisfied with it. The packaging was nice. The OTG product is light weight so can be easily moved around by anybody if you have shortage of 15 Amp plug. So far, I found the oven heat is quite even in the chamber. I baked cake thrice and prepared some Kebabs using this product. I didn't find issues like uneven hear causing over burnt of cakes or chicken. Over is very easy to use. So far fully satisfied with the product. Can't ask more at this price.

I have been using an old Lifelong OTG for 20 years now. This one is a great product, easy to handle, easy to use and great value for money. The knobs of the controls could have been of a better quality, but overall a very good OTG.

Arrived in damaged condition though package was not. Seems like they sent already damaged item, glass door is detached, dents everywhere. The product itself is sub par. The trays and rack don't fit properly inside the oven??? How are we supposed to use them even if it arrived without any damage, right?? Then Amazon only gives the option to replace it and doesn't allow return and refund. We want to return it and buy a different product from Amazon itself but that's impossible. They are sending a replacement so let's see how that goes. Will definitely update again whether the new item fits well and if damage or not. All in all, please don't buy this product. Go for a better brand, so many to choose from here in Amazon as well.

Average oven with cheap looking accessories. Timer knob with buzzer not working properly. Power chord is approx. 1 feet so keep arrangements accordingly. Don't go for it if you are having a budget of 5k.
