Universal ? Gerber toilet handle
The finish is perfect and the description indicates it will work on angled front toilets. Once we tried to install the handle it did not lie flush with the angled surface of the Gerber toilet. I returned it and haven’t found another.

This tank lever is very sturdy. So many of the big-name brand levers are flimsier. Goes very well with Champagne Bronze fixtures.

Quality flush handle and easy to install.
I have a white Gerber toilet and within months after installing it, the flush lever finish began wearing off showing an ugly metal underneath. I was a little leery about buying this one because the description states that it's plastic. I thought the handle itself might be plastic with just a chrome color finish. However, as soon as I opened the packaging I knew by the weight that the handle is solid chrome; it's just the rest of the device that's plastic. My tank is not a 4-sided rectangle, but rather a 6-sided shape with 2 angled portions on the front right and left. My handle is on the left angled portion, and this handle installed easily and works well. It took less than 5 minutes to replace the old one.
