None of the printheads where correct. Would not install in my printer.. All colors where in wrong printheads.Each print head is designed so will only fit in the correct color slot. I only got 1 to fit but my printer would not recognizeit had been installed. Working on returning all product. Very dissapointing and a big delay in getting my customers workcompleted.

None of the heads recognized by the printer. Three of four had wrong keys to fit the correct slots. One star is too high. All four original printeads still recognized by printer, so printer is fine. New cheap heads just don't work.Follow up. NOT an Amazon delivered item. Ships direct from China, would have to return to China. Seller offers only $17 dollar refund. You would have to post it to China and spend considerable funds to get it there. They've already absorbed the shipping, so they are only willing to refund their profit while you keep/discard the non-functioning heads.

These do not fit! The are keyed such that they cant be installed.

Ink exploded all over my office and ruined many valuable things. I would not recommend buying this product. All cartridges purchased leaked everywhere. Gave a 1/5 because I had to. Actual rate 0/5.

print head keys didn't align with my Designjet 500. Broke off the keys to make them fit and only 1 head was recognized by the printer and it won't print. Total junk, avoid.

Total scam. Printheads were old / refurbished, dirty and not purgred with ink.Useless!!Just threw them in the bin!
