Newly installed, but it works nicely. Pay attention to the white wire.
I put this on a bathroom exhaust fan and it works perfectly. Note that in order to wire this up when there is no "neutral" wire present, join the ground wire from the switch and the neutral (white) wire from the switch to the ground wire from the house--all three capped together. That is not made clear in the instructions, so I tried to install this by simply capping off the white wire and leaving it unused, but that doesn't work. The fan will run, but the switch isn't in the loop. A Leviton tech support person got me straight.Other than a very small click when it switches off, this switch works silently. No tick-tick or annoying unclamping noise then it shuts off.It appears Leviton decided to sell the color change kits generically and not personalized for each of the many time options on these switches, but I can attest to the color change kit being very easy to install and that they look good. The difference is there are no numerical labels on the buttons. Instead, there are markings to indicate the length of "on" time. If you know your switch, the printed numerals are not needed. The kits are on Amazon too:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0C9WCWVHQ?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1Can't speak to the durability of the switch, but I will update this with any good or bad developments.

My wife absolutely loves these
When I plumb a house I always run a complete hot-water recirculation loop of PEX under each fixture to be used. I then install a recirculation pump near the water heater, and in the past have the outlet serving the pump be controlled by two, three, or even four switches. One major problem. No one ever flipped off the switch after using, and the gas bill actually went up over a non-tankless system.I even put in lighted switches so people would know when the pump was on. They still left them on - must have thought the switch was a cute nightlight. So I contacted the engineers at Leviton and described my needs and asked if they had a solution. They got back to me within two days, and even had a manager do a follow-up to be sure someone had contacted me, and this was their solution.Since my wiring was for using three-way switches I was concerned a timer like this would not work. Easy solution. You simply install two of these and both locations can independently turn on the pump. The time you push has a little green light by the selection, and that shows on the other switch as well. The directions are complete and make wiring easy.Just be aware you will have needed to run either a 12/3 with ground or a 14/3 with ground, or code also allows you to run two 12/2s or two 14/2s. You just have to be certain you have two hot leads (red or black), a neutral (white), and a ground. Don't fudge and potentially cause a bad situation. Now there is an alternative. You can use one of these and their remote switch, which pairs with this timer, It is less expensive, but the drawback is that it only will turn the pump on and off. The time set is determined by this timer, and if the last use was one hour then pushing the remote switch will turn on the pump for one hour, even if you only wanted 15 minutes. Or if you wanted an hour but the timer last was used for 15 minutes. So it has limitations. That is why I chose to install two of these. For larger projects you can install one of these and then multiple remote switches, serving the purpose of a standard four-way switch setup. But you will have the limitation of all remote switches using the last setting on the timer. I do not believe they make four-way timers, but it never hurts to ask. I sort of doubt it though.Anyway, my wife was the chief culprit of leaving on the pump and she had gotten to hate having instant hot water. After these were installed I got a big hug and was told these are the best thing I've done on the house. Strikes me as a bit of an overstatement. So for my farmhouse remodel I have two more of these to use for that recirculation pump. I get the two-hour version because that is about the length of the dishwasher cleaning cycle before it switches to drying mode.Great little devices, and mine have worked perfectly.

Easy install, works great, a must for any bathroom.
A must have for any restroom. Great to clear the air without having to come back and turn the fan off later. Just a light pit stop, click 10 minutes. Got a code 30.... just go all 30 minutes and shut the door when you leave. It will be safe to enter again in 30 minutes or less.

Easy to install
Easy to install and it works great. Used it on a bathroom ceiling fan that is often left on. The timer makes it safer and saves a little on electricity. Well built, would buy again!

High quality timer switch.
This item is a pushbutton timer. I installed two in each bathroom. One controls lights and the other is for the fan. Very nice because those would get left on all the time. Now they shut off automatically when time is up. Just select correct button when entering the room to set timer. Very nice upgrade. Colored faceplates (almond. ivory etc) can be purchased to match what you have. LED indicator on each button. Used WAGO lever nuts for easy install

Very pleasing, made of plastic
Easy to install, pleasant to use. Functionality for the installer and the user are great. Extremely, intuitively practical. Makes the bathroom seem much classier. Both the buttons that it came with and their custom buttons are cruddy. They feel cheap and wobbly, and you can easily see their internal lattice structure. The upper wall plate bracket is low quality plastic. It is flexible, challenging to true, and was a poor fit to all my screws. It isn’t loud, but it is much louder than any of my rockers. I notice it from across the house when it works, and it is loud enough to disturb my sleep from a few feet away.I wish it came in more colors. The lime green light is bright and looks too computerized for my bathroomThe whole thing feels like cost cutting, and the price kind of feels like a ripoff. While I prefer this layout and appreciate that the switch works well, I’d choose something else if I had a neutral wire.

The very best accessory for a bathroom fan.
Works like a charm. Easy-peasy to hit the 15 minute button after using the bathroom and walk away.

Works well. Easy to install.
Easy to install fan or light timer. I used it as a bathroom fan timer using the neutral and ground. I believe it can be installed without neutral, however in the paperwork it says you must have a ground in that case.Anyway - very clean look, nice tactile clicks. The green indicator is a decent nightlight in the bathroom.
