I looked high and low for a facial device to help tighten the lift my skin and a lot of them were hundreds of dollars then I came across this read the reviews said I would give it a try and I love it .I don't know if it's working yet it's kind of early but the tightening and lifting really feels good on my face I will give an update maybe in a month or two see if there's any changes

Love this product, the first one I received was used. I was confused why Amazon would send me a used product, when I bought new. The replacement orders box was in a plastic wrap which the first did not have. Thankfully I read the restrictions and it stated, remove the protective cover which the first one did not have. Amazon is really pulling some fast ones lately. Now for the product. Love this tool, love the lifting and firming feature and the puffiness cooling feature works fabulous. I used a nice conductor gel, which you definitely need, per instructions.

So. At first I loved this thing. So much so that I bought two as gifts. I didn't even have it three months and it stopped charging all together. I reached out to customer service hoping to get a replacement charging cord thinking it might be that but have gotten the run around with no resolution. I am really hoping the two I gave as gifts don't break. But I wouldn't risk the purchase. For that price for only three months.... no thanks

Update: The company reached out and sent a replacementIt worked great for 4 months and then just stopped. Won’t charge, won’t turn on..l

When I used this product the first 3 times I was so impressed. It felt like a well made and effective device. The red light is powerful, and the micro current was really strong. In fact, at first I could only tolerate the lowest setting, The device was improving the tone of my facial muscles with each use. However, the micro current stopped working on the day that my return window closed. The red light still works, but the micro current will not come on in any setting (low, med, or high). Being that this is the main feature of the device, it's very disappointing that it nolonger works. ***UPDATE: The Seller was quick to return my call and offered several options to resolve my issue. I was able to exchange my defective device for another one that works perfectly. I recommend this product and appreciate the good customer service from LeFay.

I love this! I have been using it for about a week and I do notice a difference in the tightening of my skin, especially my jowl area which was a problem for me. I apply my face lotion and then use this apparatus after. The cooling feature is also great for when I wake up and my eyes are puffy. Again, love this item!

I wasn't expecting this to work but...I think it does. I used all 3 settings every other night just for the last 2 weeks and my son feels firmer and I kind of feel it lifting. I've tried a bunch of different home use skin care tools but this one may actually be working.EDITED AGAIN TO ADD:The battery stopped working a little more than a month after I got it. I was using it every other day. It seemed to be working so I was bummed. Amazon couldn't help me return or replace it but the CSR showed me how to contact the seller directly. The seller was great, reached out to me immediately, and helped me get a replacement with no hassle. I hope this next unit lasts because I do really like it.
