I’ve been using these for about a month now. I use the sauté pan nearly every day and they still work like new. The nonstick works well. Eggs literally slide out of the pan with no oil. I was worried about staining on the light color but I’ve made chili, spaghetti bolognese and curry with no issues. However, the utensils did stain. I haven’t had a problem with the handles like others have mentioned. I would recommend users to read instructions before use. I oiled the pans before the first use per instructions. They say dishwasher safe but I’ve only hand washed. They’re so nonstick they basically wash themselves.

This cookware is amazing! Not to heavy, but not too lightweight. It said, "not to use oil or butter, and use on medium heat setting so I did. I cooked my green beans down. Removed them from the pot, then, poured and stirred in my oil. They tasted great! The clean-up was astounding! Just rinse in warm water and wipe with a warm cloth. That's it! So easy, and so many pieces for me to use in the set! It's great!

I love these. Nothing sticks. Love the red color. Perfect size for everything. It felt so great to get rid of all my mismatched pans.

Oh my gosh,these pots and pans are WONDERFUL!!!!! I have never burned anything in the pans. They cook evenly so you don't have issues with the center food getting done before outter foods . The are hand wash but I don't mind that. They are beautiful. And a great assortment,I love that they have glass lids. My only negative is I really do not like the handles. They are uncomfortable to hold with my arthic hands. So we will order pot handle covers for them. Easy fix. You will be very happy with this purchase!!! I realized I forgot to submit these. I have had these severe months now.. And I have one more negative . My favo6pan is the square one,I use it most it is terribly discolored . I scrub the bottoms with each use. I have tried everything to bring the pretty color back but nothing has worked. I still love them . If I were to purchase them again, I would certainly buy a dark color .

Cheesy eggs with NO oil?? Im impressed. We had received the 14" hammered finish frying pan a few years ago, loved it, and bought this set. So glad we did.

However, the outer coating is absolute garbage. It stains incredibly easily and does not wash off no matter what you do. It also scrapes off incredibly easily and looks terrible after just a couple weeks of use. I absolutely refuse to believe their claims that you can use wooden utensils when cooking because I strictly only use silicone coated utensils yet still have some light surface scratches on the cooking surfaces. Also, the metal handles are really thin and uncomfortable. It would have been much more comfortable if it was thicker or came with some sort of interchangeable grip. The pros are that the cooking surface is a joy to use and cleans up easily.

Pros: Cheap (but still too much money for the “quality”) Gets food hot No Teflon or other currently known industrial toxin/ They won’t poison you. (I don’t know what your cooking is like, of course.) The bakeware might not be terrible They look nice if you never use them Cons: The dirt won’t come off You will burn your hands Specifically, you will burn your hands then spend too much time trying with your 1st degree burns to get build-up off of these that only builds up more. It would be nice to have something larger than a 5 qt stock pot. The baking sheets are also on the smaller side You have to promise not to sue Gotham Steel I used to see these advertised on TV as "a $500 value", so was pleased to find the 20 piece set here for only $146. I haven't done any baking with these yet, so can't comment on the muffin tray or loaf pan but this is definitely NOT quality cookware. These 20 pieces are NOT worth $500. They aren't even worth the $146 that I paid. Gotham Steel has 3 “rules” for keeping their cookware in the best condition: "Only cook on medium or low heat" [stovetop usage] "No non-stick sprays" "Wash by hand" - to preserve their appearance There’s also a note in the box that says by keeping the cookware for more than 30 days, you agree to never sue them (individually or as part of a class-action suit). “If you keep these, you can’t ever sue us.” It’s paraphrased, on a smallish note, in smallish print, at the bottom of the box near the steamer tray, the 2nd paragraph. Real shifty! I’ve had the 20 piece set for less than 2 weeks & have meticulously observed rules 1-3 After 10-12 uses, -Food DOES stick. It doesn’t stick as much as an uncoated pan, but with each use they degrade & stick more. -Wherever something sticks in your pot or your pan, it gets stained. No matter what soap you use or how hard your gym-trained muscles strain to scrub ("Always wash by hand"), the markings in the pans/ pots build and build. - I should have put this further up in the review but, You WILL BURN your hands if you touch anything but the furthest 2 inches of the handles (despite: "Only using low to medium heat") - The pretty red finish on the exterior of my set is also already fading from exposure to heat. (Again: "Exclusively medium to low heat".) I suspect this set is good IF: -You’re staging a home to sell and you want a lot of nice looking cookware to put in the cabinets unused -You only order take-out and want your kitchen to LOOK like a competent adult lives there - You’re okay playing the game of trying to keep these inferior things in good condition for a few weeks/ months before resigning yourself to needing to use oil & non-stick spray to be able to heat food.

Bought this set Christmas 2021. It's now February 2025 and I've gotten decent use out of the set, some pieces much more than others. The non stick wears off pretty quickly. It says dishwasher safe but I'm pretty sure the dishwasher strips it. The bottoms burn when you use medium heat. The handles definitely get too hot too touch, I've burned myself a couple times on them, forgetting they're pretty much as hot as the pan itself. All workable, but recently the small pan literally exploded. I was using medium heat and there was a gunshot crack and I got struck in the cheek by something. After dropping to the floor thinking there was a drive by in my quiet neighbourhood, I discovered a small silver button that turned out to be a piece of the pan that blew off. I'm so relieved it didn't strike me in the temple or eye. The pan is one I used most frequently. While I don't anticipate it happening with the other pans, I never knew frying pans could spontaneously explode shrapnel so I will be more careful. When they blacken, it might be time to toss them before they become a hazard.

Ok, I’ve given this set a month to see if it stained with sauces etc. nope, they work very well, easily cleaned but you should NOT use high heat as it can get so hot, you will burn your food.

Finally a great set! I got it on sale like 8 hours or lose out ! And im glad I made the purchase!! And the price for once unbeatable

Very cheaply made and even using a plastic spatula, the pan scratched!!
