The flavor is so unique that it pairs fantastically with salty foods: goat cheese salad, a ribbon of honey with foie gras, you name it!I was concerned it might break during transport but I was surprised how well and under how many layers of bubble wrap it came wrapped under. We served this along side cheeses, meats, olives, crackers and some dried fruits and it looked so attractive and fun. The flavor is good and it went well with the other items.
