Fun AK gel blaster
Ordered this Gel Blaster priced at Β£35.99, and let me tell you, it's been a wild ride of gel-filled excitement for me and my son.π Shooting Modes Galore: The gel blaster offers both automatic and single shooting modes, and with a powerful motor, it spits out lots of bullets. The manual mode ensures the fun keeps rolling even when the battery decides to take a break.π‘ Fiddly Fun: Assembling and getting everything just right can be a bit fiddly. From loading the magazines to coaxing the bullets through, it requires a bit of patience for a smooth experience. The AK47 replica design is cool, but don't expect it to withstand a wrestling match between 12-year-olds β it's more delicate than it looks. Charging the battery is straightforward, and the initial charge straight out of the box is a nice touch. It's an absolute blast for outdoor play, but beware the tiny gel ball invasion. The battery performance impressed me, lasting a good 45 minutes of continuous gel warfare. Filling the magazine can be a bit tricky, and a small funnel would have been a nice addition. At Β£35.99, it's a decent investment for gel-filled fun. It might not be universally loved due to the cleanup and fiddly bits, but for a unique, outdoor play experience, it's well worth the shot! π«π¦β¨

Nice
Good toy as I'm an adult but loading is not working as it should every time. Fair enough for the price, I like it

Disappointed π
Not as described, my grandkids were disappointed in front of their friends. The world's most icionic weapon failed. Made the sound, diddent fire the round. What signal are you sending out to the rest of the world?

great for a bit of competition in the garden.
This is a realistic bit of kit. If it was not for the fact that it was orange it could be mistaken for the real thing. It was easy to assemble. Placing the ammunition in hot water meant it was ready to use after two hours. I did not use it on full auto as I suspect the ammo could end up jamming. I set up targets about the garden and allowed my grandkids who are all 12 or over the chance to attempt to hit all the targets from a central location and timed them all for a bit of competition. This would make a novel Christmas gift for anyone 8 and up as long as there was a degree of supervision.

Quite a bit rubbish
Grabbed this for the nephew to have a play with as he loves his Nerf guns (yes plural) and general weaponry, in fact, I better sleep with my eyes open when he stays over...Anyway, this Gel Blaster sounded the absolute business, so I whacked off an order through the glory of Vine. When it arrived, we (nephew and I) were excited and disappointed with the set on opening the box. Everything is so poorly made with some sharpness from where plastic shell halves meet. However, a quick and, admittedly, minor sanding down fixed this, but you shouldn't have to do this.Everything is was plasticky, yes I know it's plastic but this is cheap plastic and just a minor step up from the plastics used in Christmas cracker toys. A battery is required (and supplied) for operation, and a USB charger is provided for, erm, charging. Now, as mentioned everything is poorly produced, so when charging the battery I had to make sure I was always in attendance whist it was plugged in just in case...We fitted everything else together (very simple task) and then went shooting. It wasn't a great experience, you could probably get a better shot off by loading a straw with the pellets and blowing through it. It is spectacularly weak.It really is quite a bit rubbish. Look at the photos in the listing, it's all people having fun doing other activities with the gun badly photoshopped in.Save your money and get Nerfs.

Good Gel Blaster
The media could not be loaded. This action gel blasting toy is fun and it's shipped with a significant amount of ammunition which needs to be soaked in water. The rapid fire of this toy along with the sound it makes adds to the fun. A small target box consisting of three targets is shipped with the toy, along with appropriate safety goggles, and associated ammunition magazines. The battery built-in is rechargeable and lasts very well between charges.Apart from a few less robust parts, it's a fun toy and reasonably good value.

good design but tiny balls are a right pain
This blaster gun I thought would be good fun for my little one and some of it is very good, but those tiny balls everywhere meant it is only to be used outside.Firstly, it comes nicely packed in the box and in pieces so you just push the bits together (some force is required so adult assistance is needed) and at the end you have a cool looking AK47 replica shaped gun (even down to the magazine shape and release direction). One problem I did have was a tiny split in one of the bags of ammo, so they were all over the box and then leaked out onto the sofa and went everywhere. The ammo is very tiny little gel balls, and they are a pain to clear up. You do get 4 bags of ammo which is good though as it goes fairly quickly with the rapid fire and not really re-usable as itβs a play with outside toy unless you want to be standing on balls all day for years to come. I wish it fired BB sized ammo to make it more universal and reusable. The battery in in the stock and once charged gives a really good firing action, this part super impressed me, and it lasted for a good 45mins before power started to drop off a little. As the balls are so tiny hitting the little targets was tricky and its more of a quantity style shooting over accuracy. Plus, if the magazine gets low you have to rattle it or hold it upside down to continue shooting.Filling the magazine is also very tricky so I found a little funnel to make it easier which would be nice if it was included. I did like the two options of magazines and found the round one worked the best but wasn't in keeping with the guns AK47 shape.Overall, for Β£39.99 its quite expensive for its lack of universal use and annoying tiny balls. Switch it to BB's and it would be much better value for money.
