If you have thinning hair, then you need to use this product. I mix it with water in the AM. The taste is not bad at all, I just chug it down because the benefits outweigh the taste. This stuff is phenomenal. My hairdresser even noticed the new growth. Of course like all things it is not going to happen overnight, I have used this product now for @ 6 months. The product itself is great. A few years ago, a friend purchased for me to try after childbirth and it worked so well I purchased another. I took a break after seeing the results I wanted. Now a year and half later, I purchase again and the bottle is so light I had to check to make sure the seal was in tact. They’ve drastically reduced how much they give you in the same size bottle. I’m hoping the formula is still the same. For the price (even with a subscription) I’m a little disappointed. You can see in the picture where the level is. Insane.
