Q: Can this bag hold my 3 inch binder?

Yes. I put my laptop, tablet, & many other items in there. It's a nice bag but not practical.

Q: Do you sell one without the USB port? I love this bag so much but the USB pushes me away.

I don't know if it's sold without a USB port, but it really doesn't get in the way, either on the inside or outside. On the outside, there's a 2.5x1.25" plastic cover that matches the color of the bag, and on the inside the port is covered with a 3.5" zipper. I've never used it and don't even realize that it's there! This is really a fantastic bag, great quality. I would definitely buy it if the USB port is the only objection you have to it.

Q: Does it have a luggage strap?

This bag has the regular handles plus a long shoulder strap. Not sure what luggage strap means but this is a great work bag
