Not a concern for use.]PRIORI SKINCARE is a science-based skincare line that's been around for about 15 years, and has gone through some changes of ownership the last few. In 2018, the line reformulated, rebranded, and relaunched and has continued to create innovative skincare. This is the version of Priori that I know and the products that I've been accumulating.It's been a go-to brand for me since my very first Priori product. The elegant packaging is all alike in white and black. The only "complaint' I have is that the numbering system of the products makes it hard to remember what they do, and I have to keep them in their original boxes. Aside from that, I never met a Priori product that I didn't like or didn't perform as promised. This is one time where more expensive skincare delivers on promises, and is not just pretty and overpriced.LCA fx 121 is a Skin Renewal Cream in a pump bottle, as are all their products. It can be used on face, neck and décolleté 2x a day. One of the prime ingredients is lactic acid so it's an exfoliator that will resurface/retexturize the skin, and there's some Retinol much further down the ingredient list that additionally attacks lines and wrinkles.The cream is very smooth, softly waxy with a touch of gel texture. It smooths on the skin like buttah, MIGHT STING A BIT (that's expected), and continues to work on lines and wrinkles day and night. SOFT, HYDRATED, SMOOTH, MOISTURIZED SKIN. And that's a Priori promise.I'm a real fan of SERICIN which is rich in proline. It jump-starts the production of collagen fibers (for youthful, plump skin) and restructures them. The silk protein has anti-wrinkle benefits, and increases skin elasticity, so it's a powerful skin performer. As it continues to strengthen the skin barrier and prevent water loss, it it also moisturizes. Priori never skimps on ingredients. I'm always impressed with them, the science behind the ingredients, and the effects on my dry, sensitive skin. This one is another keeper.

The company’s website reveals the list including one preservative to be aware of. Like several other Priori skincare products toward the bottom of the ingredients list is Phenoxyethanol. It may be of concern to some:There have been reports of uncommon reactions to phenoxyethanol being quite rarely linked to eczema and strong allergic reactions. Phenoxyethanol use is often strongly discouraged by safe cosmetics advocates to be used around infants including those who are breast feeding. Studies indicate this preservative should be avoided around the youngest of children. Those who wish to learn more and make the best personal decision regarding this ingredient may consider doing an online search for “phenoxyethanol safety.” Given this uncertainty, this is one reason why it is always important to consult your dermatologist first before embarking on any new regimen. Keep in mind that several beauty brands include phenoxyethanol. Reactions are uncommon.

I am very pleased with this excellent resurfacing day cream. You can feel the Vitamin C working on contact with your skin. There is a noticeable tingle, but no burning or redness for me, and I have sensitive, fair, and freckled skin. The cream absorbs easily and you can continue to apply the rest of your regimen right away if so desired. I have done so and have had no problems. I have read that you should always allow Vitamin C about 20 minutes on the skin before applying another layer of product for the best results, so I try to do that, but time isn't always available. I do not notice any kind of oxidized color change to my skin with this product, not in the morning nor later in the day.I find this wears well under any of my makeup. There's been no piling, clumping, or flaking to report. The cream give me all the hydration that I need to last all day, even under a silicone primer.I haven't been using this long enough to report on its effects with dark spots or lines. Those results are typically only seen after using a product consistently for 6-12 months and I'm at about 3 months with this. I do think that it is effective at preventing these problems from getting worse, and I do feel that this promotes a more even complexion with good cell turnover. I am happy with this so far and remain cautiously optimistic as to the future payoff. I plan to keep using this product and would feel confident recommending it to my friends and to other shoppers here.

It's a white cream that goes on smoothly.LCA fx121 takes a little more time for the cream to absorb than I would prefer, leaving a white cast at first and taking a bit of massaging into skin before it soaks in. But once it does, my face feels super smooth and hydrated without being greasy. I really like the way it feels on my skin and it provides a more even complexion with a healthy glow.
