I switched my usual eye cream (expensive) to Priori (very expensive) suggested by a friend. I had just begun to use it in my morning face ritual. It was looking and feeling good - when the pump broke inside the bottle! no way to fix - no customer return after 30 days...really disappointed. I really wanted to keep on with it - but beware if there is a bad pump - your just stuck. If the product is that good - why should the consumer be penalized with no recourse - no matter if product is defective and unuseable. Just mad and sadyes Priori stands by their brand - but only for 30 days.

I have been using this product for over a month and it does not reduce under eye dark circles. Also the top of the pump gets clogged with a tiny amount of the creamer. It pumps out on next use as a tiny firm ball. This results In less usable total product.
