Find something else. Too hard to figure out.Instructions are printed so small you need a magnifying glass to read.Instructions are not clear and not written to be even somewhat easy to follow.Found where you have to download the App from the App Store. The App has a rating of 2/5.

Device does not charge. Foreo requests ridiculous level of details for warranty repair/exchange.
(Bought this from Foreo website) The Foreo Bear 2 device was delivered new but it did not charge at all. We followed the instructions. So we submitted the warranty exchange form - Foreo won't allow an opened product to be returned for refund (which in my opinion is not right). The form requires that a photo of the product serial number to be captured and sent in, which is unheard of in other companies products.So we receive a response from Foreo - that we now have to take a video of the device not charging and send in that video. This is an insanely odious process that I've never experienced anywhere. Please be warned that the customer support quality from Foreo is ZERO stars. Stay away.
