Exactly what I needed! So many of the leg and knee pillows out there are on the smaller side and too thick, causing my hips to be in line but not my knees. This pillow could be a smidge thicker but I like that it helps me line up both my hips and knees. It’s a nice lightweight material so it’s not hot and uncomfortable. And because it’s not super firm, being able to fold it is useful when I want to lay on my back to watch TV or read in bed while having my knees slightly propped up. It’s been excellent for relieving my sciatica pain!

I needed a pillow between my knees and ankles because they need to be on the same plane. My knee was torquing while I slept and it was aggravating my knee bursitis (pes anserine) every night. I used this pillow last night and it is perfect! So comfortable, easy for me to find a good sleep position (the groove helps), not too thick or thin (I’m short and got the 4” thickness) and it’s not too hot or heavy like memory foam can be. I am so happy I found it, my knee feels great this morning!

Comfortable, well made, supportive knee pillow for side sleeping with back pain. Perfect length to support knees, legs and feet. 4” is perfect for my petite body size.

First off, I have two of these, one at home and one for travel. These are great for folks with neuropathy or circulatory issues, helps keep legs and ankles out of contact to eliminate pressure spots without being too thick like a normal pillow. My only grumble is they don't come with a matching pillow case or have one that fits available, as a regular case is a bit baggy. High quality material and filler.

After trying several different ways to substitute for a proper knee pillow, I finally decided to purchase one. I've been using this for about a week now, and it's made a HUGE difference to my sleep quality. The shape is excellent, the fit to my body very well suited. The only downside is that when you wake up to readjust your sleep position, it's not easy to move this around. It takes waking almost completely up to reposition the pillow. I've also only used it during cold weather; I suspect that using this in the heat of summer will be problematic, as your lower leg is covered by the entire length of the pillow. Still, for the improvements to my body comfort and sleep quality, I give this five stars.

This pillow is much larger than other knee pillows. I’ve used. This one runs a little bit longer than what the measurements say. Because of that I found it difficult to use. I returned it because a smaller knee pillow works better for me.

I LOVE this knee pillow! The thickness and softness is perfect for my knee injury. I use it to elevate my knee and for knee support as I sleep on my side. Even the perfect pillow to prop myself up to watch TV. Very happy with the quality and price too.

This pillow works well for my hip and lower back pain. I tried a smaller thicker with a strap but the thinner longer pillow is more comfortable and offers support under my knees as well.

I bough this pillow to help alleviate hip and back pain. It did take a while to get used to and it definitely helped with the pain. Our cat decided that it was her new bed.

I am a side sleeper and for proper support and hip alignment I have tried other cushions that eventually ended up in the garbage. Especially the small ones that go between your knees with an elastic strap on them to keep them in place. I am a senior who gets up 1 or 2 times a night to use the bathroom. Hopping to the bathroom, in a hurry, with a cushion attached to me would make a great Super Bowl commercial...LOL. But this cushion is not small,has no straps, and is a good sized pillow that goes from just above my knees to my feet. So it keeps everything aligned properly. There is no elastic but it stays in place due to a seam sewn lengthwise down the middle that acts as a cradle. I have slept with it for 4 nights now and have had the best sleep ever! It is so comfortable. Buy it - you won't be disappointed.
